The Space

Stylish Interior & Spacious Layout:
This immaculate, two-story estate home includes 5 waterfront master bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom in the main house. Each bedroom opens out to a 2nd-floor balcony overlooking the beach, pool and Rum Point lagoon., There is a stunning bonus 6th-separate 1-bedroom, 1-bath guest house over the garage with its own full kitchen.

The home accommodates up to 12 guests across 1 King room, 4 Queen rooms, and a bedroom with double bunk beds. Whether you're entertaining friends or reconnecting with family, the open-concept great room and chef-style kitchen offer both elegance and comfort.
The guest house is ideal for those seeking extra privacy while still being connected to the group.

Outdoor Living & Amenities:
The estate is designed for elevated outdoor enjoyment, featuring a waterfront pool with a slide, and a beachside patio with panoramic sea views. Enjoy direct water access via the private boat launch and three docks, one of which includes a jet dock.

Property Inclusions:
The villa is on the famous bioluminescent bay. Rental kayaks are available nearby, and guests can paddle right out to the bay at night and experience the incredible glowing of the waters at night when paddling around the bay. A must-experience!
Relax in the shade, host dinner by the water, or take a dip in the pool as the sun sets over the North Sound.

Watersports Hire:
Jet skis, kayaks, and paddle board rentals are available nearby through water sports and activities rental providers.

Entertainment Spaces:
The property includes an indoor game room equipped with a pool table, professional-grade shuffleboard, and darts—perfect for fun evenings at home. The chef-style kitchen, indoor formal dining area, and beachfront patio offer ample space for both large meals and intimate gatherings.

Recent improvements include refreshed interior paint, updated living and dining furniture, new kitchen appliances and countertops, and upgraded lighting and fans throughout. All windows are hurricane-rated, and the property includes a diesel backup generator for peace of mind.

Essential Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen essentials include dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, and basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started.
Home essentials include a comprehensive starter pack including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens, and beach towels are also provided.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Grocery stores nearby include Chisholm’s Grocery (10 minutes) and Foster’s Morritt’s Express (20 minutes).
Note: Supermarkets are closed on Sundays. However, restaurants and gas stations remain open. Grocery delivery is available by request. Some gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

"My husband and I stayed in Pieces of Eight with three of my children and 5 young grandsons (12 of us in total). House was spacious, well appointed and kid friendly. The pool had multiple tiers (more shallow areas on the sides) which was perfect for our little ones and there were areas shaded by palm trees, which gave us a nice break from the sun. House brought the “outside in,” offering serene water views from every room. Being situated on the bioluminescent bay was highlight for us, and the clear kayaks added to the fun. Kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to cook up some delicious food. A number of boat tours are minutes away (e.g. Stingray/Starfish tour can pick up at Kaibo), saving a trip to town. Had a couple of mechanical issues during our stay and the Property Managers / Owner were very responsive and addressed them quickly. I can see why they are Superhosts! Beautiful island, lovely property and serene location. Thank you for sharing it with us!

"Pieces of Eight was the perfect accommodation for our family trip to Grand Cayman!The home has been recently updated, with new furniture and fresh paint. The beds and linens are all very plush and comfy. Each bedroom has its own en suite bath, which was the perfect set up for the 8 adults in our group. Our kids loved the bunk room, and they were even kind enough to have a pack n play and high chair available for us upon arrival. The primary suite has a large walk in closet, which was perfect for us to set up the pack n play for our 8-month old to keep her away from the noise. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed for our two week stay. Being right on Bio Bay was awesome as we were able to see the bioluminescence at night! The property manager was extremely responsive, and checked in on us periodically to make sure we had what we needed. She even brought us fresh mangoes from her mango tree! We would highly recommend Pieces of Eight for your next stay on Rum Point!
