Plantation Village #20 is a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom second-floor condo located in one of the best spots on Grand Cayman—directly on Seven Mile Beach.
This family-friendly resort offers the perfect blend of relaxation and convenience, just steps from restaurants, shopping, and world-class snorkeling and diving.

Oceanfront Comfort:
Relax in the open-plan living room, complete with plush furniture, a large-screen TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Step out onto the screened lanai, furnished for outdoor dining and perfect for enjoying ocean breezes and Cayman sunsets. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook at home, including a refrigerator with ice maker, stove, oven, microwave, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, and dinnerware for six. Six folding beach chairs are also provided for your beach days.

Peaceful Sleeping Arrangements:
Master Bedroom: King-size bed, TV, and en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combo

All bedrooms are designed with comfort in mind and include high-quality linens and towels.

Resort Amenities:
Guests have full access to the resort’s two freshwater pools, beach chairs, umbrellas, and grilling areas. Enjoy outdoor barbecues, tennis, sea kayaking, snorkeling, or simply sunbathing poolside.

Please note: This southern stretch of Seven Mile Beach is affected by seasonal sand shifting. At times there may be reduced sand, but the water remains ideal for swimming, kayaking, and snorkeling. Nearby public beaches are available for sunbathing if needed.

Location Perks:
Plantation Village is a short walk from Camana Bay, grocery stores, dive shops, restaurants, bars, and even a movie theater. Tour operators can pick you up at the property for Stingray City excursions or scuba diving adventures. Public buses also stop nearby, making it easy to explore the island.

Good to Know:
• The closest grocery store is 15 minutes walking or 3 minutes by bus
• Private off-street parking included
• Owen Roberts International Airport is a 10–15 minute drive
• Recommended for families, couples, or friends travelling together

"We stayed at Plantation Village condo unit #20. The amenities listed were as advertised. Everything was in place, coolers, beach chairs, etc. The location was fantastic and the wonderful beach view from the screened in porch was exceptional! We loved our stay and glad we went with this unit. We also recommend Peppers restaurant, short walk from the condo and great BBQ ribs! if you are looking for a quiet getaway in a private setting. "We stayed for 10 nights in plantation village #20. It was wonderful For me, my husband, 2 younger kids and my mother. There was plenty of space and we loved watching the sun go Down right from our balcony. We had the best view between the palm trees in early June. It was a great location as well. We enjoyed snorkeling right off the beach and using the paddle boards and kayaks.

Graduation trip

"We spent two weeks here celebrating our daughter’s graduation from nursing school. The condo is beautiful, well maintained and clean, well stocked kitchen (which is a huge bonus for us as we prefer to cook all our meals), perfect location within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shopping. The beach outside the condo is perfect for snorkeling, and a super quick and easy walk to beaches more suited for swimming. We enjoyed using the paddle boards quite often and both pools were super clean with nice warm water. We had a wonderful time and hope to return in the future!

"The condo was all I had hoped for! The view from the screened in deck was amazing. We spent time every day out there. The oceanfront pool was a nice surprise and the ability to snorkel right outside. Several restaurants within walking distance. Ample parking!

Perfect Paradise

"This place is exactly as described. Spacious, beautifully decorated and lots of opportunities to enjoy the sun at 2 pools or small beach area. Coffee on the balcony every morning was a dream!My only complaint would be the cleanliness. The floor was extremely dirty. Our feet were black within minutes of walking in. The dishes/cutlery were in need of a wash before use and are very rusty. The water dispenser on the fridge was moldy from a spilled drink. Not useable. The kitchen was full of a lot of dishes etc. but there was no open cupboard space for our groceries. Only 4 shower towels were provided for 5 people and beach towels should be provided instead of white shower towels to be used by pool and beaches. The towels provided were wet all the time and dirty from the sand causing us to use the dryer and waste electricity.kitchen pots, pans and utencils are rusted .

"The condo was very clean. The property grounds of the condo were very clean and well kept! Great snorkeling in the ocean right out from the condo. The A/C worked great. The neighborhood was safe and in a great proximity to seven mile, grocery stores and restaurants. My only suggestion for the condo would be to provide cooking oil and basic spices. There is not any Tupperware, food storage bags/tin foil or any supplies for cooking other than salt and pepper. We would stay there again!!
