Recently renovated in January 2023, this stylish retreat features brand-new appliances, modern fixtures, and contemporary furnishings—offering a fresh, comfortable stay just minutes from the island’s best dining, shopping, and beaches.

For water enthusiasts, step outside, and you'll discover a generously sized canal-front swimming pool, an oasis of refreshment and relaxation. Bask in the Caribbean sun, let the gentle breezes caress your skin, and take a dip to unwind. And for your convenience, we offer ample free parking, ensuring you have one less thing to worry about during your stay.
Our 186-foot private boat dock is a real gem. Imagine renting private boats, jet skis, or kayaks from Cayman Islands Boat Rentals and embarking on aquatic adventures right from your doorstep. The convenience of docking your rented watercraft mere steps away adds an extra layer of ease and excitement to your stay.

Accommodation:
Unit #1 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, ground-floor canal-front-end condo with a Queen-size bed. The unit is fully equipped with a complete modern kitchen with all appliances, a washer & dryer, an HD TV with cable, and a lovely outdoor lanai overlooking the canal leading out to North Sound.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.

Inclusions:
Each unit is equipped with 2 lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Convenient Location:
The proximity to Camana Bay, the Cinema, and the shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment of the 7 Mile Beach corridor is a major advantage. Guests can easily access these attractions within a 15-20 minute walk or a 7-minute drive. Additionally, the world-famous 7 Mile Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A car is recommended but not required.

Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following which are all within walking distance:
- Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.
In the West Bay area: Pappagallo’s Restaurant, Macabuca, and Tukka West.
In the Seven Mile Beach area: LUCA Restaurant, Ragazzi, Casa 43, Abacus Camana Bay.
In the George Town and South Sound area, we suggest: Casanova and Sunset House.

Activities:
For those interested in water sports and marine life experiences, nearby options like the Turtle Farm, Dolphin Encounters, and Stingray City snorkel trips provide exciting opportunities. Whether guests choose to explore the surrounding area by car or simply enjoy the amenities and nearby attractions on foot, they are sure to have a memorable stay.

Travel Options:
Guests can opt for a rental car, through Kayak or Marshalls or catch a ride on the Cayman Islands Bus Service that comes along frequently offering convenient on/off bus stops all along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

"Third time is a charm! Snug Harbour is my home away home when in the Cayman Islands. Peaceful surroundings. The hosts and the property managers are helpful and courteous. They would check in to find out how my stay was going, provided information for restaurants, shopping, excursions, etc. Thank you for hosting me and my son. Its just like those commercials....as seen on TV...in this instance....its just like the pictures shown.

"We had a great stay in Snug Harbor - just too short! Condo was very clean and it was in a very quiet area. We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen was well equipped. We found a couple restaurants that became favorites. We'll be back!

"This place is wonderful. End unit with no one above you. Nice walk to the beach. So close to Camana Bay shopping and restaurants. Lovely neighborhood to take an evening walk. Spotless on arrival! Shellie greeted us and gave us a nice tour when we arrived. Management got ahold of us before we traveled to make sure we had everything situated. Lovely little deck for dining Al fresco. It was a perfect choice for us ❤️.

"This is my 2nd time booking with Don, and i must say, its been a real pleasure. Don has been great. The property manager (Ms. Melinda) is super responsive. When you arrive, the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. The condo feels like home, I could never stay at a hotel after my 1st visit. So, here I am again #smile. It was an awesome stay...just one thing, the cabinet in the bathroom, the drawer couldn't close, so its an incident waiting to happen, I recommend it is repaired. Outside of that, it was great. Condo #6 is my preference though. Cheers. Thanks for the experience.
