Welcome to Snug Harbour View #7, a charming 2nd-floor 2-bedroom, 1-bath condo set along the canal in a peaceful residential enclave at the heart of Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach Corridor.
Recently renovated in January 2023, this stylish retreat features brand-new appliances, modern fixtures, and contemporary furnishings—offering a fresh, comfortable stay just minutes from the island’s best dining, shopping, and beaches.

Our 186-foot private boat dock is a real gem. Imagine renting private boats, jet skis, or kayaks from Cayman Islands Boat Rentals and embarking on aquatic adventures right from your doorstep. The convenience of docking your rented watercraft mere steps away adds an extra layer of ease and excitement to your stay.

Accommodation:
2nd Floor Unit #7 is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath canal front condo that sleeps up to 4 guests. Each of the 2 bedrooms has comfortable Queen-size beds.

Fully Equipped:
The unit is fully equipped with a complete modern kitchen with all appliances, a drip coffee maker, a washer & dryer, an HD TV with cable and a lovely outdoor lanai overlooking the canal leading out to North Sound.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.

Inclusions:
Each unit is equipped with 2 lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Convenient Location:
The proximity to Camana Bay, the Cinema, and the shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment of the 7 Mile Beach corridor is a major advantage. Guests can easily access these attractions within a 15-20 minute walk or a 7-minute drive.
Additionally, the world-famous 7 Mile Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A car is recommended but not required.

Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following which are all within walking distance:
- Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.
In the West Bay area: Pappagallo’s Restaurant, Macabuca, and Tukka West.
In the Seven Mile Beach area: LUCA Restaurant, Ragazzi, Casa 43, Abacus Camana Bay.
In the George Town and South Sound area, we suggest: Casanova and Sunset House.

Experiences and Attractions:
For those interested in water sports and marine life experiences, nearby options like the Turtle Farm, Dolphin Encounters, and Stingray City snorkel trips provide exciting opportunities. Whether guests choose to explore the surrounding area by car or simply enjoy the amenities and nearby attractions on foot, they are sure to have a memorable stay.

Travel Options:
Guests can opt for a rental car, through Kayak or Marshalls or catch a ride on the Cayman Islands Bus Service that comes along frequently offering convenient on/off bus stops all along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

"The unit was nice and simple. No frills, but comfortable. We loved sitting out on the screened in balcony to read, eat meals, chat and enjoy being outside. The management staff were truly lovely! Betty Ann was always quick to respond to questions, very kind, and shared helpful information. Shelley, our housekeeping friend, was also kind and helpful. Overall a nice stay.

Very nice condo

"We stayed here for 5 nights. Shelly, although we didn’t utilize, was on site and was there for all of your needs! Great location and quiet, beautiful neighborhood on the canal with beautiful view but a little far to actually walk to beach. Biggest negative is the shower/shower head. Low water pressure in shower and the temperature of the water changes rapidly. It needs to be fixed/replaced because we either didn’t have hot water or it got so hot randomly that we almost burned ourselves. Loved having a washer/dryer but dryer took several 100 min cycles to dry 4 towels. And please, add some mirrors to the bedrooms (1 mirror in bathroom for four people is tough)and some artwork to add some warmth to the condo like the photos show. The beach chairs, umbrella, and towels were awesome to have! We used every day! Small cooler would be a nice addition!

Great stay in a quiet location

"We stayed here in unit 7 from Feb 29-March 9 2024 and the location was quiet and near so many great things including Camana Bay (shops close at 5:30) but plenty of Resturants that were all great. We rented a car and explored all parts of this lovely island. Never felt unsafe, The people on Grand Cayman are so nice! Shelly the on site manager was readily available And always ready to meet our needs very sweet lady! Only thing we noticed was a lot of dogs barking in the neighborhood no fault of the property though ! Would stay here again for sure !

"2 min drive to camana bay and 10 mins to cemetery beach. The beach chairs and umbrella were brilliant. The apartment was clean and perfect for us with two small children. The pool was always clean and we often had it to ourselves. I would recommend this apartment and will stay here again.

"We stayed for 8 nights as a family of four and the facilities, space and location were ideal. Mel is a great property manager, highly responsive and always willing to help and source stuff for our baby boys. It was really a home away from home and the balcony was huge and great to relax for a morning coffee or drink on the evening. Location is very close to Canaan bay, lots of restaurants and seven mile beach. Highly recommend!

"The balcony is large, furnished & screened in, and the saltwater pool is lovely, we swam multiple times a day. The apartment is clean and comfortable. Lovely neighbourhood to walk around in. Plenty of parking on site and a close drive to everything on the west side of the island. The host and property manager were very communicative and friendly, and on-site employee Shelly was so kind and helpful all week. Would definitely stay again!

"The patio made the place. This time of year, the cool breezes made the patio the place to hang out when not out. Dishwasher could use and upgrade and could use a cutting board but that is only comments not complaints. Shelly was often available for any questions or help. We would stay here again without question.
