Welcome to Snug Harbour View #8, a charming 2nd-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo set along the canal in a peaceful residential enclave at the heart of Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach Corridor.
Recently renovated in January 2023, this stylish retreat features brand-new appliances, modern fixtures, and contemporary furnishings—offering a fresh, comfortable stay just minutes from the island’s best dining, shopping, and beaches.

For water enthusiasts, the 186-foot private boat dock is a fantastic feature for water enthusiasts. Renting private boats, jet skis, and kayaks from Cayman Islands Boat Rentals allows guests to explore the beautiful surrounding waters. It's wonderful that they can dock their rented watercraft just steps from their door.

The large canal-front swimming pool offers a refreshing place to relax, sunbathe, and take in the Caribbean breezes, with ample free parking and added convenience for guests.

Accommodation:
2nd Floor Unit #8 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom canal front condo that sleeps up to 4. Both bedrooms are equipped with comfortable queen-size beds.

Fully Equipped:
The unit is fully equipped with a complete modern kitchen with all appliances, a drip coffee maker, a washer & dryer, an HD TV with cable, and a lovely outdoor lanai overlooking the canal leading out to North Sound.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.

Convenient Location:
The proximity to Camana Bay, the Cinema, and the shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment of the 7 Mile Beach corridor is a major advantage. Guests can easily access these attractions within a 15-20 minute walk or a 7-minute drive. Additionally, the world-famous 7 Mile Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A car is recommended but not required.

Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants, and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following, which are all within walking distance: - Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

Some highly recommended restaurants to visit during your stay include the following in the West Bay area: - Pappagallo’s Restaurant, Macabuca, and Tukka West.
In the Seven Mile Beach area: LUCA Restaurant, Ragazzi, Casa 43, Abacus Camana Bay.
In the George Town and South Sound area, we suggest Casanova and Sunset House.

Experiences and Attractions:
For those interested in water sports and marine life experiences, nearby options like the Turtle Farm, Dolphin Encounters, and Stingray City snorkel trips provide exciting opportunities. Whether guests choose to explore the surrounding area by car or simply enjoy the amenities and nearby attractions on foot, they are sure to have a memorable stay.

Inclusions:
Each unit is equipped with 2 lightweight folding beach chairs and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Travel Options:
Guests can opt for a rental car through Kayak or Marshalls or catch a ride on the Cayman Islands Bus Service, which comes along frequently, offering convenient on/off bus stops all along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies, as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

"We were very comfortable here, comfy beds and nice bathrooms. We really liked the large porch for eating meals and it was nice being on the waterway. The location was ideal, a nice quiet neighborhood and close to 7 mile beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Our host was very friendly and accommodating, she rounded up extra beach chairs for us which we used everyday. Thanks for a great week!

"We had a fantastic experience staying at this apartment! The place was exactly as described—clean, spacious and very comfortable. The kitchen well-equipped, and everything was thoughtfully arranged. I especially appreciated the little touches like fresh towels, coffee, and local recommendations. The location was excellent—quiet but still close to everything we needed. ~5min drive to 7 miles public beach, Camana bay and grocery store. The managing company was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout the stay, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommended—we would definitely stay here again!

"The gem located one block from Seven Mile Beach was perfect. Clean, spacious and many extras made our stay a great one. It was so nice having beach chairs, umbrellas and a cooler. All of those little extras made our trips to the beach so much easier. I would recommend having a car, as it makes it so much easier to get around.

"We certainly enjoyed staying here. It had a well stocked kitchen for making meals in the unit and the Foster's grocery was only a 4 minute drive away. Seven Mile Beach was a 20 minute walk. We felt very safe in the local community. The AC was nice and cold. The porch was fantastic. The property management was very responsive and easy to work with. They did offer to arrange tours for us but we manage those arrangements on our own.

"Very clean, quiet and well appointed. Loved the super large, screened in porch! A little bit out of the way, but we were down mainly to dive so didn't mind not being right on the beach. "We would absolutely stay here again. tucked away in the back of a quiet nighborhood with easy access to Caymana Bay, Georgetown and West Bay. Unit was exactly as the pictures and description stated. Beds were very comfortable, AMAZING showers, and lovely bug free screened in deck!! Fully stocked with everything we needed and MORE. Communication was fast, easy and super friendly!! "This is a beautiful place. Loved Shelly (cleaning staff)!! she was very helpful the entire time with absolutely everything!! it's walkable to 7 Mile and Fosters grocery, but it's definitely a walk. car recommended to enjoy the entire island. If you stay in this one spot, you are missing a tool lot. it's safe everywhere, clean, and easy to drive! everything in Cayman is expensive.

"2 beds, 2 bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen and a large balcony (which had net all the way along to avoid mosquitos) was ideal for the 4 of us for 10 nights. We self catered for some of the holiday and it had a good amount for the kitchen for cooking. The apartment is easy to get to, a little over 20mins walk to seven mile beach so a car is beneficial and plenty of parking. If I came back to Grand Cayman I'd be very happy to stay here again.

"What a beautiful place to call home for a couple of days. The Patio / Balcony alone was worth the visit. I spent all my mornings and evenings there. The apartment is well stocked and with 2 Full Bathrooms and Bedrooms great for up to 4 people. We came to Scuba, so with all the equipment etc, it was just the two of us. In general I would suggest getting a rental car, unless you will have planned tours every day. Super close to great restaurants and grocery store, yet a bit away from the touristic center. Quiet neighborhood and beautiful views. Great Communication by Don and Melinda. Would move in full time in a heartbeat Hopefully we can come visit again sometime soon. Don't hesitate, this is THE place you want to stay at for your GC Vacation.

"Quiet location out of the way of the main tourist and cruise traffic, but close to most things on the west side of the island (if you have a car). Apartment was very clean and comfortable, screened-in porch was perfect and shaded all day. The beach chairs, umbrella, and towels provided were great and used about every day. Host and property manager were very responsive and helpful. This is a great place to stay.

"Comfortable. Nice location for a quiet and relaxing stay. Shelley checked in on us. She found a bar pan to bake with. Seven mile beach just a 10-15 minute walk. Easy access to all the attractions in Georgetown and the west side. It needs some better knifes for cutting and some grill tools. It is perfect for 2 couples. The screened in lanai was the best to sit in at night.

"It's peaceful and beautiful but still walkable to 7 mile beach (or a couple of minutes drive). The apartment was exactly as described and spotless. We did have a couple of maintenance issues but they were handled quickly by the property manager. We loved our stay at Snug Harbour View and hope to return soon!
