Welcome to Snug Harbour View #9, a charming 2nd-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo set along the canal in a peaceful residential enclave at the heart of Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach Corridor.
Recently renovated in January 2023, this stylish retreat features brand-new appliances, modern fixtures, and contemporary furnishings—offering a fresh, comfortable stay just minutes from the island’s best dining, shopping, and beaches.

At Snug Harbour View #9, we invite you to savor the tranquility of our residential haven, soak in the charm of our newly refurbished condos, and explore the captivating waters of Grand Cayman right from our private dock. Your memorable Caribbean getaway awaits!

The large canal-front swimming pool offers a refreshing place to relax, sunbathe and take in the Caribbean breezes, with ample free parking and added convenience for guests.

For water enthusiasts, the 186-foot private boat dock is a fantastic feature for water enthusiasts. Renting private boats, jet skis, and kayaks from Cayman Islands Boat Rentals allows guests to explore the beautiful surrounding waters. It's wonderful that they can dock their rented watercraft just steps from their door.

Accommodation:
This 2nd Floor Unit #9 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom canal front condo that sleeps up to 4. The 2nd bedroom has adaptability. It has twin single beds that can be joined together to create a King-sized bed, which is great for couples.
Alternatively, if you have a family, the twin beds can remain separate, providing additional sleeping options for children or other guests. This flexibility makes Unit #9 suitable for various types of travellers and their specific needs.

Fully Equipped:
The unit is fully equipped with a complete modern kitchen with all appliances, a drip coffee maker, a washer & dryer, an HD TV with cable and a lovely outdoor lanai overlooking the canal leading out to North Sound.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.

Convenient Location:
The proximity to Camana Bay, the Cinema, and the shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment of the 7 Mile Beach corridor is a major advantage. Guests can easily access these attractions within a 15-20 minute walk or a 7-minute drive.
Additionally, the world-famous 7 Mile Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A car is recommended but not required.

Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants, and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following, which are all within walking distance: - Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

Some highly recommended restaurants to visit during your stay include the following in the West Bay area: - Pappagallo’s Restaurant, Macabuca, and Tukka West.
In the Seven Mile Beach area: LUCA Restaurant, Ragazzi, Casa 43, Abacus Camana Bay.
In the George Town and South Sound area, we suggest Casanova and Sunset House.

Experiences and Attractions:
For those interested in water sports and marine life experiences, nearby options like the Turtle Farm, Dolphin Encounters, and Stingray City snorkel trips provide exciting opportunities. Whether guests choose to explore the surrounding area by car or simply enjoy the amenities and nearby attractions on foot, they are sure to have a memorable stay.

Inclusions:
Each unit is equipped with 2 lightweight folding beach chairs and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Travel Options:
Guests can opt for a rental car through Kayak or Marshalls or catch a ride on the Cayman Islands Bus Service that comes along frequently, offering convenient on/off bus stops all along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies, as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

"We loved the property . The neighborhood was quiet and safe . The view from the large patio was beautiful. It was a perfect location and was close to beaches, restaurants and shopping . "in a quiet neighborhood, on the canals. Previously we have stayed just off one of the busy streets near the beach and that can be a bit intense. This location is very peaceful. And it's still fairly easy to walk to 7 mile beach, once the route is figured out. Our apartment had absolutely everything we needed and the kitchen, which we used, was well stocked. All equipment worked well. Housekeeping was very responsive to any need we had. Maintenance came within 15 minutes to fix a bathroom shelf! There is an easy way to walk from here to Foster's and Camana Bay without having to cross the traffic. The path goes through an old (decommissioned now) golf course. That is also a lovely place to walk and one can follow along the old course holes out to the bay. Our beds were comfortable. Shower was hot. Washer and dryer worked well. The patio is screened and peaceful at night. The layout was good for 4 adults. We felt very welcome. We hope to return soon.
