Villa Policies: Guest agrees to abide by all of the following Villas Polices policies set at all times while at the property and shall cause all members of the rental party and anyone else Guest permits on the property to abide by the following rules at all times while at the property.
Check-In Time: Check in time is 3:00 p.m. local time and is strictly enforced. We will contact you before arrival to get your flight details so we know when to expect you. If you are arriving early in the day, you may contact Booking Agent to see about early check in. If we do not have guests leaving that morning it may be possible.
Check-Out Time: Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. local time and is strictly enforced. However, you may always request a later checkout and if we do not have other guest’s arriving that day we are typically happy to accommodate you.
Smoking: Smoking is NOT allowed inside the villa under any circumstances. However, for our guests who smoke, smoking is allowed outside.
Overnight Guests: People other than those in the registered guest party may not stay overnight at the Property. Any other persons granted access to the Property during Guest’s stay are the sole responsibility of Guest.
Outdoor Fires: Pursuant to Cayman Islands laws, no outdoor fires are allowed!
Equipment: Please keep scuba and fishing gear outside the villa.
Electric and Water: Water and electric are precious and extremely expensive commodities in Cayman. Please conserve accordingly and keep doors and windows shut while the air conditioner is running. All water and electric are included.
Housekeeping: One mid-week housekeeping is included with all stays. There is no daily housekeeping service. Daily maid service can be arranged for an additional fee. We do not permit towels or linens that are in circulation to be taken from the units; however, we are happy to arrange for the purchase of such items with our trusted vendors.
Care: Guest agrees to keep the property and all furnishings in good order and to only use appliances for their intended use.
Pets: Pets are NOT allowed.
Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the side or front of the house.
Amenities: Toilet paper, paper towels, bath soaps, hand soaps, dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent are provided at the beginning of your stay. Bathrooms include our hotel style amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower caps, hairdryers, etc.
Coffee and Tea Bar: We have Nespresso and Keurig machines in all of our villas. Certain Villas may also has a coffee/espresso maker that grinds fresh beans. We provide a reasonable amount of coffee pods and a selection of tea for each set of guests, but serious coffee drinkers may want to stock additional pods which can be purchased on island.
Pool Cleaning: is provided on an as needed basis depending upon the length of your stay. If you even find the pool needs attention, please contact management.
Wi-Fi: Unlimited. Simply sign onto our network. Network name and password info is located in the villa by the router and in the Luxury Cayman Villas application.
Local and International Telephone: International calls are blocked from our villa phone but it is available for local calls. We also have a “Magic Jack” phone from which you can call the US and Canada for free.
Baby Supplies: pack ‘n plays, highchair, monitors, baby bouncers are provided at no additional fee. We also provide baby proofing kits for those with young children. Please notify us in advance.
Access: Guest shall allow Property Owner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Property Owner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner and with notice to Guest.
Rental Rate and Fees: Guest agrees to pay the applicable rental rate, fees and taxes more specifically set forth in the Rental Rate and Booking Charges Sections of this Agreement, which sections are incorporated herein by reference.
Payment: Guest agrees to issue prompt payment of all obligations in accordance with the Payment Schedule set forth herein and incorporated by this reference.
Cancellation / Refund Policy: This Agreement is subject to the following:
Holiday Bookings: All reservations which include any date falling within December 15 – January 15 are considered “Holiday Bookings.” Holiday Bookings are not eligible for any refunds or credits and if a cancellation occurs, all payments made are forfeited.
Non-Holiday Bookings: All other Non-Holiday Bookings are subject to the following:
Early Cancellation Requests: If Guest requests a cancellation more than 60 days prior to arrival, it shall be considered an “Early Cancelation Request.” For Early Cancellation Requests, the initial deposit(s) made will be applied toward a future rental in the same property provided the reservation is rebooked within 1 year of the original arrival date. If the reservation is not rebooked within the 1-year period, the deposit is forfeited.
Last-Minute Cancellation Requests: If Guest requests a cancellation within 60 days of the schedule arrival date, it shall be considered a “Last-Minute Cancellation Request.” Last-Minute Cancellation Requests are not eligible for any refunds or credits and all deposits are forfeited.
Storms / Acts of God: The Property Owner shall not be liable for events beyond Property Owner’s control which may interfere with the Guests(s) occupancy, including but not limited to, acts of god, acts of governmental agencies, fire, strikes, war, and inclement weather, including flooding. No rebate or refund will be offered in these circumstances. Storms and bad weather are considered acts of god. Travelers are always at risk of experiencing bad weather while on vacation or holiday. While no refunds will be made for bad weather, refunds will be issued if the local authorities order mandatory evacuations due to a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” in the area where Property is located. The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund any unused portion of the rental fee from Guest currently staying at the property.
In the (very unlikely) event that a contracted villa is untenable for a guest’s stay (for whatever reason); LCV will make extraordinary efforts to obtain similar (or better) accommodations for the guests (subject to their approval). LCV maintains strong relationships with other on-island managers, owners, other villa-rental agents and the Cayman islands Tourism Department. However, should acceptable accommodations not be found, the limit of financial liability for LCV will be a prompt, full refund of all monies paid OR an alternate stay at the subject property (at the choice of the guest).
As a part of your stay, you may purchase a Vacation Rental Damage Protection, through our affiliate, plan designed to cover unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out. If purchased, the policy will pay a maximum benefit of USD$5000.00. Any damages that exceed USD$5000.00 or are not covered under the plan will be charged to the credit card on file. If, during your stay at one of our rental properties, an insured person causes any damage to real or personal property of the unit as a result of inadvertent acts or omissions, the Insurer will reimburse the Insured for the cost of repair or replacement of such property up to a maximum benefit of USD$5000.00. Certain terms and conditions apply. Full details of the Vacation Rental Damage coverage are contained in the Description of Coverage or Insurance Policy The Vacation Rental Damage plan can be purchased up to, and including at, check-in. By submitting payment for this plan, you authorize and request CSA Travel Protection and Insurance Services to pay directly Luxury Cayman Bookings Ltd. any amount payable under the terms and conditions of the Vacation Rental Damage. Please contact Luxury Cayman Bookings Ltd directly if you do not wish to participate in this assignment. If you do not wish to purchase the Vacation Rental Damage Protection, a USD$5000.00 cash damage deposit will be required upon check-in.
Waiver of Liability: Guest agrees that Property Owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. Guest further agrees that the Property Owner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest or the rental party. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that Guest and the entire rental party are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises. POOLS ARE INHERENTLY DANGEROUS. PLEASE SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES! There are no child safety gates/devices for the pool and/or spa.
Fraud or Misrepresentation: Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and/or rental monies, and the Guest will not be permitted to check-in.?
NOTE – PLEASE CONSIDER PUCHASING TRAVEL INSURANCE. Vacation Rental Insurance has been made available with your villa reservation. Vacation Rental Insurance provides coverage for prepaid, nonrefundable expenses due to certain unforeseeable circumstances that may jeopardize your vacation investment and force you to incur unplanned expenses. This does not cover airfare or any other prepaid purchases outside of this Rental Agreement. We strongly recommend you purchase this valuable protection. Separate terms and conditions apply, read your Description of Coverage/Policy carefully and contact CSA at with coverage questions.
By acknowledging this document and/or sending a deposit to hold a chosen date, Guest agrees to all terms and conditions of this agreement. Guest further states that he/she is at least twenty-four (24) years of age and will be the principle responsible person under this Agreement and, as such, will be completely responsible for the actions of all others in the rental party, if any, for whom he/she may be making these arrangements.
For cancellations more than 60 days prior to arrival, the deposit will be applied toward a future rental in the same property for up to 1 year of the original arrival date. If the deposit is not applied to a future rental within 1 year, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are not refundable. December Holiday Dates (Christmas and New Year’s) are not eligible for any refunds. We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any cancellations during this period.
