Three bedroom, three bathroom, oceanfront, fully equipped villa. Enjoy white powder sand beach located right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach. All bathrooms attached to bedrooms. Televisions in all bedrooms. Bathrooms supplied with hairdryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Master bedroom on ocean side of villa. Kitchen fully equipped. Housekeeping service available daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas day, New Year’s day), with dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue and fresh towels. Dining table and lounging chairs on screened-in porch facing the ocean. Beautiful dining and lounging areas and four BBQ grills near the pool and beach, all with easy access via elevators or stairs. Fully equipped workout facility. Plenty of shade huts, umbrellas and lounge chairs available on the beach. We supply beach towels. Electrical outlets same as USA and CANADA. Tap water safe to drink throughout the island. Many restaurants deliver.

This was our 3rd time renting at the Meridian. The folks at check-in are marvelous and the grounds and unit were in excellent condition. The location of the Meridian is what makes the property work for us. There is a grocery store across the street, and a number of restaurants within a short walk. Beach is beautiful, and unlike the nearby hotels, there are always lounge chairs available. I believe that due to the limited number of rental units, it is also very quiet (we were probably the loudest). We have already booked for 2020.

Our favorite vacation yet!

 
We have been to Puerto Rico, Cozumel, Playa Del Carmen, etc. for beach vacations and this is our favorite spot for many reasons! Seven Mile Beach is absolutely beautiful! The first step out on the beach was a feeling of relaxed and quiet. The condo was very well appointed and the first floor convenience was great. We loved our vacation at The Meridian in Cayman! Thank you to the management and staff!

Condo was great. Location superb. Across street from grocery and liquor store. Perfectly situated between Georgetown and West End. Grounds never felt overly busy with guests. Grounds have nice shade and plenty beach area.
