Three bedroom, three bathroom, oceanfront, fully equipped villa. Enjoy white powder sand beach located right in the middle of Seven Mile Beach. All bathrooms attached to bedrooms. Televisions in all bedrooms. Bathrooms supplied with hairdryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner. Master bedroom on ocean side of villa. Kitchen fully equipped. Housekeeping service available daily (except Sundays, Good Friday, Christmas day, New Year’s day), with dish detergent, paper towels, bathroom tissue and fresh towels. Dining table and lounging chairs on screened-in porch facing the ocean. Beautiful dining and lounging areas and four BBQ grills near the pool and beach, all with easy access via elevators or stairs. Fully equipped workout facility. Plenty of shade huts, umbrellas and lounge chairs available on the beach. We supply beach towels. Electrical outlets same as USA and CANADA. Tap water safe to drink throughout the island. Many restaurants deliver.

From to start to finish, we had a great rental experience. Helpful staff, a beautiful unit with an amazing view--- and breathtaking sunsets! Can't wait to go back! Our family had a wonderful time- and I would certainly recommend this property. Very well equipped kitchen, very spacious and beautifully decorated. The screened-in porch was always a favorite spot to eat, read and just relax! Very clean beach area and pool. Plenty of umbrellas and chairs at all times of the day.

Outstanding. Staff at Meridian very polite, attentive and professional. Facility is top-notch with full amenities. Location on Seven Mile Beach is excellent being in middle ... away from craziness of Royal Palms, Marriott, Ritz, etc. Sand on wide beach is perfect. Ocean floor as you walk-in water is soft - no coral to deal with. Many restaurants within walking distance. Stores directly across the street. We always stay at Meridian while traveling to Grand Cayman and always will. Villa 27 has been recently upgraded and is very beautiful. 5th floor, great view sitting on screened porch for morning coffee, afternoon cocktail, sunsets, dinner in, etc.
