Welcome to Northern Lights #4! Northern Lights is a quaint 9-unit complex comprised of two-floor townhomes, located directly on the Caribbean Sea along the quiet north coast of Grand Cayman. Experience 240 feet of sugar sandy beach with an amazing coral reef teeming with sea life only 75 feet from shore, perfect for incredible snorkeling! The condo has a fantastic view of the pool, cabanas, boat dock and the fabulous Caribbean Sea. There is a refreshing freshwater pool and an inviting boardwalk dock reaching out into the sea, at the end of which is a thatched cabana.

This super clean and smartly decorated 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath condo has 1854 sq feet of living space on 2 levels. The 2nd floor Master Bedroom has a queen bed, flat panel TV, and en suite bath! In the guest bedroom you will find 2 twin beds and an ensuite bathroom. An added bonus is the upstairs patio directly off the oceanfront master bedroom, with a stunning Caribbean Sea view!

The downstairs layout is entirely open-concept and includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining area and breakfast bar, plus a living area with a screened oceanfront terrace. The living area has all the comforts of home with comfortable furnishing, including a Sleeper Sofa (for the 5th guest) around a large flat-screen TV and sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea.

Northern Lights is close to a variety of excellent waterfront restaurants, botanical gardens, amazing caves, dive operations and 15 minutes from world famous Rum Point and Stingray City.
