How the Booking Process Works
1. Search & Submit
Browse properties and submit a booking request through the Travel Agent Portal.
2. Calendar Hold
Dates are automatically held to protect availability for your client.
3. Direct Confirmation
Our team contacts you directly to confirm details and finalize the reservation.
4. Payment Arrangement
We accept ACH, wire transfer, or credit card. Deposit is 50% at time of booking, and balance 60 days prior to arrival. Please review our Cancellation Policy.
5. Commission Paid
Your 18% commission on accommodation is tracked and paid directly after check-out.
