Oceanfront 7-UP Condo at Kaibo Yacht Club Phase II puts you steps from the beach, resort pool and jacuzzi, Kaibo restaurants, and the Rum Point ferry—perfect for relaxed island days.
This upgraded second-floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat sleeps up to 4 guests with sweeping ocean views, modern comforts, and Cayman Kai tranquility.

The Space

Living Area & Entertainment:
The spacious, open-concept living and dining area is bathed in natural light and opens out to a screened lanai furnished with outdoor seating. Here, you can unwind with a morning coffee or evening drink while enjoying stunning views of the Caribbean Sea.
Inside, the condo features warm wooden finishes, a calming color palette, and a large HDTV with cable and Netflix, plus high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. A selection of board games and DVDs is also available for your enjoyment.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
- The primary bedroom features a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom, and upgraded linens.
- The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed and a view of the garden, with both rooms comfortably accommodating up to four guests.
- A washer and dryer are available in the unit for your convenience.

Kitchen & Essentials
Cook at home in the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances (stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, kettle, and drip coffee maker). Coffee and tea are provided to get you started, and a charcoal BBQ is available for guest use.
An essentials starter pack includes shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Beach Gear & Resort Amenities:
Guests enjoy complimentary use of a stand up paddleboard, kayak, and two bicycles, plus beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella. These are stored in a private locker with simple in unit instructions for access and return.
Resort amenities include access to the Kaibo Phase II freshwater pool and jacuzzi, which have been newly resurfaced and overlook the beach.

Dining & Nearby Attractions:
Dining is easy: Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill, Upstairs Restaurant, and a local coffee shop are just steps away, and you’ll receive a 10% discount at La Casita Mexican Restaurant in East End.
Located just a short walk from the Rum Point Water Ferry, 7-UP offers quick boat access to Camana Bay and Seven Mile Beach.

Groceries & Sunday Closures:
The nearest grocery store is approximately a 15-minute drive away, with larger supermarkets (Foster’s, Kirk Market) on the way from the airport. Medical facilities such as Health City Cayman Islands are about 25 minutes by car.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Transportation:
Due to limited public transport in this area, a rental car is highly recommended.

Property Promotions:

Check‑In & Check‑Out:
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival. Arrival is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check‑in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check‑out is self‑service @ 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check‑out is only available if pre‑arranged, as we need time to prepare for incoming guests.

Note for Easter Week Bookings: Please be aware that the Easter season is a vibrant and cherished time in Grand Cayman. While this offers a unique opportunity to experience local traditions and beachside festivities, guests should expect increased activity and a lively atmosphere in the Kaibo Kai area during this period.

An Amazing Beachfront Stay!

"This place is the most amazing place to stay! The beach could not be closer and with calm warm water, sprawling sands, and so many picturesque spots to relax - can’t be beat! We immediately felt at home in the beautiful condo. With every thing we could possibly need for cooking it was so easy to stay in to eat. A beach club next door was such a pleasant surprise and made going out for food such a breeze! We could not be happier!

"We had an amazing stay at the Cayman Resort and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place is beautiful, very clean, and in a fantastic location. We loved how easy it was to walk to the Starfish area, and Stingray City was less than a 5-minute drive away, which made getting around super convenient. The host was genuinely friendly and helpful, and our room was comfortable and well cared for, a perfect place to unwind after a day out. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it without hesitation.

Chilled and peaceful stay!

"We were very happy with our stay here. There is a ferry that goes to the more crowded area of the island right here. The coffee, shop, head creek, coffee, and a good breakfast next-door. There is a restaurant/bar next-door as well. Many of the tours leave from there, but we did find some tours that would pick us up right over by the condo. It’s my understanding that there’s more tours that will pick up Near this condo during the busy season. We were there at low season. This is definitely a good location for a more chill and peaceful stay. It is not a location where you can walk to too many places, but there definitely are things close by. I would just make sure you rent a car if you’re staying here..

"The pictures speak for them selves in this case. The place and view was more than I expected. As for the condo itself, it was great and I would highly recommend to anyone wanting to go visit the Grand Cayman Island. The kitchen had EVERYTHING! I man they have thought of everything done to sweeteners (Stevia, Sweet and low, etc.). Every kitchen utensil you would need to cook with was there. Spaghetti strainer, several pots and pans, blender, griddle, you name it they thought of it! The place was clean, plenty of towels and extra clean sheet sets for the beds. The only critique I can give this place and there truly is only one, is that they need to add a place to put shower items in the one shower. Currently there is no where to place your soap but on the floor. This is an easy fix by spending ten US dollars on Amazon and adding it to the shower. "The condo was clean, updated & steps from the water & also the pier to leave for excursions. Kaibo was our next door neighbor & had the best morning coffee & then afternoon drinks & food! Lunch & dinner on the beach was the best! We used the bikes included to take a less than 5 min ride to starfish point & had the place to ourselves in the morning! There were bird scooters lying around for us to use too. Rum point being a mile down the road was great fun too- left for the bio bay kayak tour from there. What a great time!

"The condo was just as advertised, with plenty of space for two couples. Water pressure in the showers could be a little stronger and the drying feature on the dishwasher was not drying properly but only minor inconveniences. You will need paper and plastic goods ie trach bags, toilet paper and paper towels and napkins for an extended stay.The sunsets from the screened in porch are amazing. The location is perfect with a wide selection of activities on site and nearby. The proximity to the marina was great for meeting excursions or just watching the boat activity. The availability of the kayak was a great benefit and made for great trips to Starfish Point. We really enjoyed the laid back vibe of the Rum Point area and would definitely return to this condo.

"The condo was pretty much as pictured. Some MINOR maintenance issues. It was somewhat clean. At first glance, very clean. My socks were always dirty after wearing around the house the first day. There was no shampoo and soap after specifically asking and being told those were provided. Just an inconvenience after arriving without buying/bring them. Not enough toilet paper for 10 days with 4 adults. Directions to the location of the garbage dump would be nice after instructions to get rid of trash. Shower water pressure was low and never really got hot. Shallow bowls for cereal. Bought different ones to use properly. Be forewarned of the twice a week 7AM wake up call from the landscapers' loud blowers. They did arrive ON TIME at 7AM. New mattresses would be nice. NO USB PORTS, anywhere. Bring extra adapters. The Master had divots. But, there were plenty of towels, beach towels were nice, the washer dryer came in handy. Kitchen was well stocked, though no coffee as stated. Large refrigerator and had an automatic ice dispenser. No bugs. The screened-in deck was used daily. Nice place to sit and visit with family with a fan and light. The beach was VERY nice. Very calm, quiet side of the island. Rum Point as example, was very windy with higher surf. The dock right outside was nice for water excursions, but also brought visitors to this side of the island. Some kids would visit the pool and use the shower when not staying at the complex. One owner would spend her day asking them to leave. They were unsupervised and acted so. Two good restaurants near by. We thought Rum Point's had better food. Service was slow at both. Just not up to Marriott Bonvoy standards.

"We had an amazing stay at Don’s place. After a few days in George Town, it was so nice to escape to the Rum Point area. Definitely a lot less busy and so peaceful. "This condo was exactly as advertised - clean, comfortable and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The beds were comfortable, beach area and pool area were both clean and gorgeous. Kaibo right next door has wonderful food and drinks, somewhat limited menu, but everything we had was wonderful. Rum Point is also a short drive and also has delicious food & drinks! We loved and highly recommend the Sting Ray tour with Red Sails Catamaran - it was priceless!! Also, if you are there when they do the tour - take the tour of Bio Bay - that is truly a wonderful experience. There were absolutely NO mosquitos at all anywhere we went and only the occasional fly. We had a rental car and drove all around the island multiple times - such a beautiful place!!! Also highly recommend the breakfast buffet at Tukka East End on the weekend - WOW!!! As a small side note/recommendation for the condo: a small shelf in the main bathroom for shampoo, conditioner, etc. would be a very nice addition - wouldn't need to be huge, just someplace to put those items instead of the floor of the shower along with maybe a small foot ledge for the ladies to shave their legs....just a suggestion. Also, keyless entry would be a bit more convenient. Other than those MINOR items, I would not change a single thing. Loved our stay!!!!!!!! Thank you!!!

There were welcome beers, wine, sodas and sweets which was so nice. We enjoyed great snorkeling right off the dock and my husband did a fair amount of fishing, using the provided poles and tackle. The heated pool was also really nice for the kids to change it up. We used the provided bikes to ride over to Crystal Caves and take a tour then rode to Over the Edge restaurant for lunch. For going further, this location is so convenient with a car. We drove to Starfish Point, the blowholes, botanical gardens, Wreck of the 10 Sails and basically covered the whole island from here. It was nice to come back to the welcoming, peaceful and beautiful condo at the end of the day. We loved having a lanai for whatever meals we ate here from the well-stocked kitchen. These are the most generous owners in terms of providing everything you could possibly need, and we’ve stayed at lots of rentals. We would definitely stay here again!

"Outstanding view. Great location away from it all but with handy access to the Yacht Club, newly re-built Rum Point, etc. Nicely renovated and well stocked with linens. Outdoor lighting and dining table for 6 is great day or night. Note: 2nd Bedroom mattress is soft and water protective mattress cover is noisy. If you're a light sleeper, you may be bothered by the rooster that starts crowing at 4 am daily (at the latest). Well located for eating out, but if you plan to stay in and grill, consider a ground floor unit instead. There is nowhere to BBQ for the upper units. Note that you will hear the music from the Yacht Club right next door throughout the day and evening. They shut things down early though, around 9 or 10. FYI: If you arrive on a Sunday, all grocery stores will be closed, except Chisholms.

Immaculately Clean property

"Property was VERY clean, bed linens and bath and beach towels were very nice and AMPLE supply. View from 2nd floor lanai was outstanding. Property is located on a bay, good for kayak and stand up paddle board (both provided). Access to corn hole game, (at coffee shop next door) which was fun. You can take a boat from dock next door for popular water tours plus ferry to Georgetown. Short walk to Starfish Point for snorkeling. Location is 40 minutes from Georgetown, but close to Rum Point restaurant. Walks every day were on the street, not a location for long walks on beach. Pool was good, lots of beach chairs on private beach for relaxing. If quiet relaxing is your thing this is a great place! We weren't sure if dishwasher was connected, I tried to reach out to property manager but no response. It wasn't a big problem, we had very few dishes so just washed by hand. I used the phone and email provided in their check-in email but no response. Now I wonder if I should have used the app and messaged that way so this may be on me! (But it wasn't a big problem-- so I didn't pursue it.).

"Decided to try Vrbo. I did not realize how far out we were but that turned out to be the best part of our stay. We were away from all the hustle in town. It was peaceful and the view was wonderful! There were a couple things that needed attention. but all in all, it was a great stay.
