Fully Equipped
The spacious kitchen features granite countertops and all the necessary appliances and tools, including a dishwasher, blender, toaster, drip coffee maker, pots, pans, and dishes. A washer and dryer are also available in the unit for added convenience.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, conditioners, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with a board. Towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Callie Kai is ideally located next to Kaibo Beach Bar & Grill and Upstairs Restaurant, offering convenient dining options from casual beach bites to upscale dinners. A charming coffee shop at Kaibo serves fresh pastries and espresso every morning. Rum Point, less than a mile away, provides additional beaches, water excursions, and Red Sail Sports activities, including snorkelling, scuba diving, and stingray trips.

Note: Supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but restaurants and gas stations remain open. Grocery delivery prior to arrival is available by request. Some gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

"This was the prefect place for our stay. It is kid-friendly for the most part (depends on the ages of the kids), right on the beach and 10 minute walk to starfish point. We would definitely stay here again.

"We’d been looking forward to This vacation for MONTHS! We have stayed in Grand Cayman 5 other times before, but this was our first time at Kaibo. It was everything and MORE than we imagined. We used the SUP, Kayak, goggles and pool float provided. Having internet access on the beach was important to us because we needed to stay in contact with our family and our business daily. We literally didn’t need to leave the property… we had everything we needed! We’ll be back again! Thank you for sharing your lovely place with us!

"relaxing location during peak tourist season. Don/host responsive when we had questions. We really appreciated Don’s responsiveness when management company might have missed our messages. Nice to have an end unit on the second floor as some neighbors got a bit noisy with young kids outside, etc but that didn’t bother us. Nor did Kaibo restaurant next door across the alley as it does not stay up too late at night. Nice view from balcony to the ocean. Small touches will make this 5 star such as different mattresses (that do not squeak or reverberate so much when your partner moves) and fixing refrigerator door that needs adjustment so it doesn’t open by itself with any weight from items left in door panels.

"This is a lovely condo. the location next to Kaibo Club was perfect for dinner. I suggest grabbing food for breakfast and lunches and then eating at Kaibo or Rum Point. Rum Point was a 3 minute drive or 20 minute walk (along a road). We enjoyed the quick walk to Star Fish Point, which was BEATUIFUL! But there are plenty of starfish right in the water by the condo. The condo had a garage with paddleboards, coolers and beach chairs. we used the beach chairs and coolers when we ventured for the day over to 7 mile beach, where we highly recommend Governors Beach. This condo was a quiet location with a beautiful pool, very recommended for your money!

"Our unit was very nice and clean. Centrally located and the perfect location for a quiet vacation! Loved that we could pick up excursions right next door at the Yacht Club! The only problem we had was we were sent two different properties to check into. We didn’t really put this together until another couple knocked on our door and said they were supposed to be staying in the same unit. I went back to all our conversations, through email , and saw we were sent check in information on two different units. We felt bad for the other couple after they had a long day of traveling. The manager/owner was able to put them in another unit!

"They were responsive and checked in often to ensure we had everything we needed. We stayed in Rum Point and absolutely loved the location. Having the restaurant & coffee shop “Kaibo” next door was a big plus! The Airbnb was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed—beach towels, a water filter, a fully equipped kitchen (even seasonings), and a cooler for outings. The private beach was pristine, and the pool and hot tub were clean & relaxing. The patio was perfect for morning coffee and sunrises. A washer and dryer (with soap) were convenient, and the property manager’s quick response when the smoke detector needed fixing was impressive. The snorkeling gear could have been cleaner but it was an added perk to have. We recommend renting a car to explore the island and grocery shopping at Fosters. Don't miss dining at Agua or a snorkeling/stingray tour with Rowan Watersports. We stayed 7 days but wished for more. Can’t wait to return!

"We choose your vacation home to celebrate our Silver Wedding Anniversary and it did not disappoint!! After a long journey from the UK, we were stunned by the view. The balcony, is a great place to chill out and take the scenery in. The beds were super huge and showers were powerful. All essential kitchen facilities were provided, which is an absolute great. Your vacation home has all the amenities, including on tap, hot, or cold water. Wiffee now wants one.. Btw, Don made available his own recreation equipment, though, because of so much to do, we only used for half a day. I have no hesitation recommending Don, we hope to back in five years time for our Pearl anniversary.

"It's a quiet and peaceful part of the island (we were there in June, so can't speak for high season), with a lovely beach and pool out front with plenty of loungers. We didn't swim in the water directly in front of the condos, but Starfish Point is a 3-5 minute walk and we spent lots of time in the water there. The storage locker (looks like a garage) was full of beach supplies, which came in handy. Kaibo is directly next door and has 2 restaurants and an espresso bar. It isn't open very late, so no worries about noise at night. The condo itself is super clean, tastefully decorated, and has everything you could need. There is a smart TV, books, and a few games for rainy afternoons. The screened porch is great, the shower has good pressure, and there's a water filter with hot and cold water in the kitchen. Overall, highly recommend Callie Kai!

"We did a girls trip, four in total to grand cayman for a week and it was perfect. This spot is about an hour from seven mile beach and all the chaos of the west side. Rum point is about a mile from the Airbnb, with a gorgeous beach bar/restaurant and beach chairs/couches for use. We also used the water taxi to camana bay for our sunset cruise. The taxi picked up right at kaibo dock! Right outside. We also did the dawn stingray excursion with ocean frontiers, HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend. Also check out Kaibo restaurant and coffee shop! We did their bbq night on Tuesday with live reggae band, fantastic! The Airbnb had everything we needed for the beach; chairs, towels, cooler, snorkels/ fins and picnic basket. Our favorite spots were rim point, smiths cove and seven mile public beach. Can’t wait to return myself or send family there!
