Beachfront Bliss & Ocean Views at Caribbean Paradise #29 – “Sunshine Daydream”
Wake up to sweeping ocean views and enjoy over 600 feet of private white-sand beach in quiet South Sound at Caribbean Paradise #29, affectionately called “Sunshine Daydream.”

This spacious 1,450 sq. ft., two-story condo features 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, and an additional sleeper sofa, comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Perfect for families or couples seeking a peaceful retreat, yet just minutes from George Town and Seven Mile Beach.

The Space

Bedrooms:
• Primary Bedroom: King bed with en-suite bathroom and private balcony
• Second Bedroom: Queen bed and one Twin bed, with en-suite bathroom
• Additional Sleeping: Queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room
Sleeps a maximum of 6 adults

Living & Kitchen:
The open-concept living area features a 55” TV with Amazon Fire Stick, a DVD player with a vast movie collection, and comfortable seating.
The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a drip coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. A half bath is conveniently located on the main floor.

Outdoor Amenities:
Enjoy two large balconies with seating and side tables, offering ocean and pool views. The property boasts a large saltwater pool, private tennis courts and new pickleball court, and a shipwreck from the 1850s right offshore for excellent snorkeling.

Activity Inclusions: A kayak is available for guest use.

Location Highlights:
- Located just a 5-minute drive from gourmet grocery stores, dive shops, and waterfront restaurants.
- Seven Mile Beach and Owen Roberts International Airport are approximately 10 minutes away.
- Nearby attractions include Smith’s Cove, Eden Rock Diving, and Grand Old House fine dining.

Accessibility: 2-Storey Unit across the Second & Third floors, stair access only (no elevator)
Parking: One reserved parking space is provided

Essential Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen essentials include dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and coffee filters to get you started.
Home essentials include shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with a board. Towels, linens, and beach towels are also provided.

Property Promotions:
Automatic discounts may apply based on your travel dates, including seasonal “Stay 7, Pay 6” offers (May 1 to Nov 1,2026), and extended-stay discounts.
All eligible offers are applied automatically, and cannot be combined with other promotions or Repeat Guest benefits; blackout dates (December 17 – January 3) and other restrictions apply.

Check-in:
- You will receive basic instructions once you book, and we will send a message with the door code 2-days before arrival.
- You can check in anytime after 4:00 PM and as late as you like, you'll have a pin code access to get in.
- Early check-in is subject to the cleaning schedule following departing guests and can be confirmed with the property manager the day before your arrival.

Check-out:
Self check out @ 11:00 AM: You will receive all the instructions once you book, in the welcome message and before arrival.
- There is NO Late Check-out, unless arranged with the property manager as we need to get the apartment ready for next guests.

"Our group included my parents and my family of three. The guest bedroom was great for us since there was a single and a double beds so no one needed to use the sofa bed. The kitchen was very well equipped. The shipwreck was great for snorkeling and the pool warm. The only minor complaint was that the gardeners used noisy leaf blowers and worked almost the whole day - if we had known, we would done a day trip. However, no wonder the grounds were so clean!

"The condo was a dream vacation rental. All of the amenities were accessible- towels, beach toys, pool noodles plus a full kitchen! The AC units kept the condo comfortable and the washer-dryer availability made life so easy. The furniture was way above your typical IKEA grade and the decor was relaxing and comfortable. Not to mention the gorgeous beach steps away. We would stay here again in as heartbeat.

"Loved this property. Only issue- there were three of us and only two beach chairs- the manager met me near George Town with a third chair.Check out was very easy- sheets on the bed, towels on the floor, and trash collected from rooms and left in kitchen.

"Beautiful property with a fantastic view and location. We rented a car and all agreed this is the best location on island to stay. Lots of nearby snorkeling areas and restaurants. Unfortunately I couldn't get anyone in our group to venture out to the shipwreck with me which is directly in front of the condo. The property manager was fantastic, helped us with grocery delivery prior to our arrival, and was super responsive when I mentioned a minor repair issue with towel bar which was loose. "It was really clean and well stocked. The property manager was fantastic and super responsive when we had a very minor a/c issue. The only downside I can think of, is that the current was fairly strong out on the water, which made snorkeling a bit of a challenge. But we were there at the beginning of the rainy season (June), so that was to be expected. There are plenty of other snorkeling spots nearby, so we made use of that time to explore the rest of the island. =) Oh! And the guide book with restaurant/activity recommendations was very helpful. Just one example of a simple touch, that really helped make our visit memorable. Would not hesitate to stay here again—thank you so much for sharing your home with our family.

"We moved our eldest daughter from Canada to the Cayman Islands for school, my wife her father, my daughter and myself came down for a week and it was wonderful. The island is amazing, the people, the weather and the food are all first-rate. Great Condo!

"The condo was very clean, updated, and well-equipped. The steel shipwreck on the reef was a bonus for doing some snorkeling after our dive trips. More marine life here than I expected, including several jawfish, a large barracuda, and a large puffer. The location was very convenient to the Sunset House dive operation and Georgetown. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean and well-kept. Very quiet here when we visited in early March. Very nice, walkable beach. We basically had the beach to ourselves every afternoon after diving. Our family will not hesitate to stay here again if this unit is available.

"We really enjoyed the beachfront property and pool. The home was as described, and we loved the proximity to local restaurants and amenities that we reached through our rental car. The home was comfortable and had pretty much everything we needed, including beach toys and ample towels for our beach days! We definitely recommend and would be back again! Surprisingly Spacious.

"We spent 2 weeks in this condo and the only two problems was the water was more warm than hot and the dryer takes a long time to dry clothes and towels. The space is nice and surprisingly spacious. We were close enough to 7 mile to enjoy some of the more popular beaches but far enough away to have peace and quiet. There are no bad views from the condo. It’s important to rent a car, but I would recommend a local company because the big guys try to rip you off. The weather was perfect. I’m a bit OCD so I would have liked a vacuum of some kind to keep the floors clean. It’s challenging when we visited the beach so much to not track sand in the house. There was only a broom available and like I said before the condo is surprisingly spacious so sweeping the entire place was a bit of a workout. With that said my family is rested and happy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
