Welcome to Cayman Paradise Villa #1, a colorful 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath, three level direct oceanfront villa in laid back East End.
This cozy Caribbean style home sleeps up to 10 guests and blends bright, island inspired décor with modern comforts, set right on a quiet, natural white sand beach.
Guests also enjoy access to a fantastic 5 tier freshwater pool with three waterfalls and a whirlpool just a short walk away, plus easy driving access to East End restaurants, world class diving, and Grand Cayman’s top sites.

LIVING AREA & ENTERTAINMENT
Cayman Paradise Villa #1 is pristine and thoughtfully decorated, with plenty of room for families and groups. The main living area features comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, TV with cable, and high speed Wi Fi, so it’s easy to relax after a day in the sun. Central air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the villa cool throughout all three levels.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS
•    Master Bedroom (2nd floor): Queen size bed, TV with cable, walk in closet, and en suite bath with shower and dual sinks. A side patio fronts the sea and features an outdoor sofa and coffee table—perfect for sunrises, sunsets, and constant breezes.
•    Second Bedroom (2nd floor): King size bed with TV and cable.
•    Third Bedroom (2nd floor): Two twin beds with plenty of storage.
•    Shared Bath (2nd floor): Dual sinks, shower, and tub shared by the second and third bedrooms.
•    Third Floor Loft: Accessed via spiral staircase, with a full size futon sleeper, desk, and huge panoramic window facing the sea.
•    Lower Level: Large floor with full bath (shower), additional refrigerator, futon full size bed, and sleeper sofa, plus a large window facing the private beach.
From the lower level you step out to a covered patio with furniture, grill, and direct access to the natural sandy beach.

KITCHEN & ESSENTIALS
•    Fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and drip coffee maker.
•    Coffee and tea provided to get you started.
•    Essentials starter pack including shampoo, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board.

LAUNDRY & BEACH GEAR
•    Separate laundry room with washer/dryer.
•    Pool and sea toys, floaters, and a pack and play included.
•    All towels, beach towels, and basic supplies are provided.

OUTDOOR FEATURES & BEACH
•    Direct access from the villa to a natural white sand beachfront.
•    Covered patio with seating and grill for outdoor dining and relaxing.
•    5 tier freshwater pool with three waterfalls and whirlpool located within the villa complex, just a short walk away.
•    Many rooms and outdoor areas feature sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea and beach.

DINING & NEARBY ACTIVITIES – EAST END
•    Tukka East – About a 5–7 minute drive for Aussie Caribbean fusion, fresh local seafood, and ocean views. Great for lunch, dinner, and their popular Sunday brunch.
•    Eagle Ray’s Bar & Grill – Roughly 5–7 minutes away for casual burgers, tacos (including lionfish), and drinks overlooking the reef.
•    La Casita – Around a 5–10 minute drive for authentic Mexican food, mezcal, and tequila in a chilled, air conditioned setting.
•    Over the Edge Café – Approximately a 15–20 minute drive toward North Side for local Caymanian dishes and all day waterfront views.
•    The Italian Kitchen / David’s at Morritt’s – About 5–10 minutes by car for pizzas, Italian inspired dishes, seafood, and steaks.
•    Big Tree BBQ, Vivine’s Kitchen, Captain Herman’s, Eastern Star Fish Fry – Within 10–20 minutes’ drive for true local roadside and waterside Caymanian fare.

EXPLORE EAST END & BEYOND
From Morritt’s Tortuga Club, many of Grand Cayman’s best East End and North Side attractions are within about 20–30 minutes by car:
•    Crystal Caves, Queen Elizabeth II Botanical Garden, Blow Holes, and Cayman Parrot Sanctuary.
•    Rum Point, Kaibo, and Bioluminescent Bay for beach clubs, dining, and night time kayak tours.
•    Snorkel off Mimi’s Dock or head to Smith’s Barcadere, Eden Rock, Macabuca, or Spotts Beach to see wild turtles.
•    Day trips to Seven Mile Beach, Cemetery Beach, or the quirky town of Hell, plus horseback riding on the beach or ATV tours along the coast.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Nearby grocery options such as Foster’s Express and Chisholm's Grocery are about 10 minutes away by car. Larger supermarkets are also convenient stops on the drive from the airport.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.
Chisholm’s Market is on the Northside, and is open 7 days a week, and is well stocked with food, supplies, beer, wine & liquor. 10 minutes from the condo.

TRANSPORTATION
•    A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
•    Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
•    Due to limited public transportation in East End, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING
•    The villa is part of a multi level complex; this unit is spread across three floors, with stair access between levels (no elevator).
•    One reserved parking space is provided.

PROMOTIONS
Automatic discounts may apply based on travel dates, including seasonal Stay 7, Pay 6 offers from May 1 to November 1, along with last-minute deals, early booking savings, and extended-stay discounts.
Eligible offers are applied automatically, cannot be combined with other promotions or Repeat Guest benefits, and may be subject to blackout dates from December 17 to January 3.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.

"Great unit! Beautiful views from every room! Plenty of room for our family of 7. Extra bedding provided for couches. About 50 minutes from Seven Mile Beach, and 30 minutes from Rum Point. I had a grocery pick up ready after we picked up our rental car because the larger stores aren’t very close. There are a few smaller dining options within a few minutes drive. I would highly recommend this unit if you want to be away from the busy parts of the island.

"This space was very clean and perfect for our family of seven! The view is beautiful from each room. There are plenty of beds and extra linens for couches to be used as well. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee pot, and griddle. There was even some spices, cooking spray, and a few other staples left in the unit. Beach towels, chairs, floats, and other beach items are in the unit for guests to use as well. It is located between Seven Mile Beach (about 50 minute drive) and Rum Point (about 30 minute drive.) You will definitely need to rent a car! It's worth noting that the "hot tub" is just a whirlpool as it is not heated. The host was very quick to answer any questions we had and gave us several travel tips to help make the most of our stay! I would highly recommend this unit for a large family or group.

Beachfront Sunrises & a Stay to Remember

"Fantastic property that provided amazing sunrise views. Being right on the beach was wonderful. The condo was very clean and well stocked with paper products. Eagle Ray’s Dive Bar and Grill, Tukka’s and La Casita restaurants are all close and highly recommended. We hope to be back and enjoy this property in the near future!

"The house had lots of space for everyone and everything we needed for the beach and pool. Even a fun trivia card game we sat at the table every night asking each other questions. This was a trip of a lifetime we were able to take our adult kids and our mothers. All 8 of us had lots of space and we were able to spend time together and also have privacy. We spent 8days and would love to go back some time in the future.

Great home with perfect layout

"This house had the best layout for our family group of seven. It was clean and had all the amenities of home. We cooked breakfast two days. Will say if you are used to a memory foam mattress, be warned that all are spring mattresses. Never used the kayak and only saw one, but did use the beach chairs and noodles at Spots Beach one day. Too bad we didn't see any turtles while snorkeling! Enjoyed the lowest pool two days. Very relaxing, quiet and perfect water temperature! Rented a Hyundai H1 passenger van from Marshall's. It was perfect to fit all of us and even our luggage with room to spare. It got great gas mileage too. Driving around really didn't take that long. (We are always up for exploring and an adventure!) Had a private four hour fishing/snorkeling/Stingray City boat Monday morning. Brother picked it. (He's an experienced fisherman and boater and it had to be this boat!) Captain Daniel and mate, Jared (son), were awesome! Our favorite excursion! Drove to Starfish Point at dusk one evening and got to see some starfish. Went to the Parrot Sanctuary (very cool!). Went to the Botanical Gardens (lots of walking and half in the sun). Was more natural than landscaped. Did see wild blue lizards! We went into Seven Mile Beach one night and had dinner at the Lobster Pot. (Waitress wasn't good...messed up and order and didn't fix it, never brought straws and limes as requested, forgot two drinks. She was pleasant. Three out of four dishes ordered were amazing-seafood risotto and filet with lobster(?). Others ordered chicken breast and all were dry, but mushroom sauce was amazing.) Ate at Tukka East End for dinner, Eagle Ray's for lunch and breakfast on two separate days, Tides Restaurant for dinner (favorite!), and ordered delivery for dinner from The Italian Kitchen two nights (awesome pizzas!). Overall, would definitely rent villa again!
