Cayman Reef Resort #6 is a cozy, ground-floor 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo located directly on Grand Cayman’s world-famous Seven Mile Beach.

Surrounded by lush gardens with pool views, this updated retreat features a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable interiors, and thoughtful extras like games and tennis gear.
With shops, restaurants, and attractions just steps away, it’s the perfect island home base for couples, small families, or solo travelers.

Enjoy a comfortable lounge area with a Smart TV, cable, and Wi-Fi, along with a dining nook and enclosed patio with pool views. The kitchen is fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, blender, spices, and all essentials. A washer and dryer are also provided for your convenience.

Essential Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with a board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Outdoor Amenities:
Enjoy direct access to the pool, landscaped gardens, and new steps leading to excellent swimming and snorkelling off Seven Mile Beach. Complimentary beach chairs, a tennis court, and outdoor showers are all part of your stay. Rackets and pickleball gear are included.

Location Highlights:
Located within walking distance of Camana Bay, Foster’s Grocery, and restaurants such as Peppers, Coconut Joe’s, Chicken! Chicken!, and Saltwater Grill. A liquor store and dive shop are right across the street.

Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants, and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following, which are all within walking distance: Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

Other highly recommended restaurants to visit during your stay include the following:
- Casa 43 Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar - Just a few minutes away, this local favorite serves up bold Mexican flavors and an excellent tequila selection. Fun, lively atmosphere.
- Yoshi Sushi - Consistently rated one of the best sushi spots on the island. Fresh fish, creative rolls, and great service. About 5 minutes by car.
- Ragazzi Restaurant & Pizzeria - A long-standing favorite offering authentic Italian cuisine, wood-fired pizzas, and an impressive wine list. 5–7 minutes’ drive.
- Luca - Elegant and upscale, perfect for a special night out. Mediterranean-inspired menu and a beachfront setting at the Caribbean Club. Roughly 10 minutes away.
- Peppers Bar & Grill - A relaxed, local spot with hearty Caribbean fair, jerk chicken, and live music on select nights. Walkable from the complex.
- Island Naturals Café - Great for smoothies, vegetarian and vegan options, and a healthy breakfast or lunch. Around 5 minutes away.
- XQ’s Pizza Bar & Grill - Affordable and casual with good pizza, burgers, and cocktails. Family-friendly and just a short drive.

Sand Shifting Notice:
Like other properties in this area, beach conditions change with the season. At times, the sea may reach the seawall. When that happens, loungers are placed on the grass landing above. A wider sandy beach is just a short walk away. Photos can be provided on request.

Birthday Fun in the Sun!

"This was my husband's and my first time on the island, and we had a blast! We rented a car, which I highly recommend since you want to be able to see the whole island. The driving is easy, just stay in your lane. The food was delicious everywhere we went, especially Mykanos Steak Club and the Pom Pom Rooftop. I suggest getting reservations at most places so you don't have a wait. We really enjoyed winding down every night at Camara Bay. The bar Next Door was perfect to enjoy a drink outside on a couch and people watch. We loved the diversity on the island, more to the point, the integration! Everyone doing everything together. It was refreshing! The one down side was the lack of a beach and also the roosters crowing all day long! Thankfully we discovered Tillies, and spent every morning and most afternoons there! We will be back next year, but will need a house to accomodate all the friends we are bringing with us. Thanks for a great reception.

Beach outside your front door

"We had a great week at the Reef Resort. We especially enjoyed how calm and quiet the complex is despite groups of all ages enjoying the beach, ocean, and pool. You have a 30 second walk to the ocean with plenty of beach chairs to enjoy the sunshine and read a book. The condo was clean and effective and has everything you need to make the most of your vacation. Everything was clean and of fine quality. We enjoyed playing tennis as well. Great location for exploring Grand Cayman with the beach, shipping at Canaan Bay, and so many restaurants. We rented a car to make things easier but you’d be able to reach quite a few spots on foot.

"Cozy condo on the beach. Walk to Camana Bay (on Wednesday’s there is a little market with vendors) or Foster’s Grocery store. Several good eating places close by and several within walking distance. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you feel the need. You will need to bring or buy spices or cooking oils. The complex is quiet and the guests are super friendly. Our hosts were always in contact and very helpful.

"Cozy condo fully stocked kitchen with all the necessities when traveling away from home. No worries on running out of hot water cuz it's an on-demand system. Pool is a convenient few steps off the back patio. Maureen & Justin were very responsive to any needs. We'll definitely book again.

"The recently renovated condo was immaculate, and very cozy, offering everything we needed for our 6-night stay. Having a washer/dryer combo right in the unit was extremely helpful! We packed in a lot of activities while there, all either within walking distance from Cayman Reef, a ride on the public bus (very convenient and inexpensive), or a short taxi ride. There fortunately isn’t a need to rent a car, as the UK way of driving on the left-hand side of the street seemed rather daunting to one of us (me!) Food shopping at Foster’s Supermarket allowed us to get all the food and items we needed, and we had delicious food sitting at the bar at Peppers (2x) right down the street from CR #6, as well as takeout from Chicken! Chicken! also nearby. We had memorable dinners at the Falls (formerly Copper Falls) Steakhouse and unbelievably good Italian food at Ragazzi. We took the bus to the Cayman Turtle Centre, where you can interact with the turtles and learn of the center’s amazing efforts to conserve and return thousands of turtles back into the wild. We even took a short helicopter ride to see the whole 7-mile area from above! We really enjoyed meeting the Property Manager, Maureen, and chatting about our Boston connections! She was extremely helpful with recommendations about activities and transportation around the area. Thanks so much!

"We had a great stay at the property. I was grateful for the pool and proximity to the ocean, we ended up utilizing both. The unit we were in was lovely and everything worked perfectly. It was really nice to be able to cook breakfast when we needed to and run a load of laundry since I can’t pack appropriately. Overall, super great to be able to walk to get to anything along 7 Mile, and then buses are extremely reliable along SMB (not so once you’re outside that area tho).
