One of its best features is the unobstructed Caribbean Sea and beach views from your private covered verandah, where sunsets paint the sky each evening.

To make arrival seamless, Cocoplum #3 includes a generous starter pack:
•    Kitchen essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basics such as salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters, plus plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, baggies, foil, and plastic wrap.
•    Home essentials: Shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, blow dryer, and iron with board.
•    Linens & towels: Ample bath towels, bed linens, and beach towels are provided.

•    Coconut Joe’s – Laid back open air spot for burgers, local dishes, and cocktails on West Bay Road, roughly 10–15 minutes on foot depending on pace.
•    Peppers Bar & Grill – Popular for jerk chicken, BBQ, and grilled meats with a lively bar scene; about a 12–18 minute walk.
•    Thai Orchid – Long standing favorite for Thai cuisine and sushi in a relaxed setting, approximately 12–18 minutes’ walk.
•    Southern Spice – Indian restaurant with curries, tandoori dishes, and vegetarian options, also around 12–18 minutes away on foot.
•    The Kitchen – Casual choice for hearty breakfasts, comfort food, and easy takeaway, walkable in about 10–15 minutes.
•    Island Naturals Café – Great for smoothies, vegetarian and vegan options, and a healthy breakfast or lunch, roughly 12–18 minutes’ walk.

Camana Bay adds a mix of waterfront and courtyard dining—from higher end restaurants to laid back cafés and dessert spots—only a few minutes away by car, and reachable on foot as a longer walk for guests who enjoy stretching their legs.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION
•    A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
•    Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
• Public transportation available close bye, however having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING
•    Accessibility: Ground floor unit with step free access, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
•    Parking: Reserved parking space included, with additional guest parking typically available on site.

PROMOTIONS
Automatic discounts may apply based on travel dates, including seasonal Stay 7, Pay 6 offers from May 1 to November 1, along with last-minute deals, early booking savings, and extended-stay discounts.
Eligible offers are applied automatically, cannot be combined with other promotions or Repeat Guest benefits, and may be subject to blackout dates from December 17 to January 3.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.

"Perfect location, close enough to 7mile without being right in the busy mix. The condo was even better than the pictures, with enough necessities there for our entire duration. Beach chairs were provided so we could go to other beaches even. Communication was excellent, with a lot of communication and suggestions before you check in and then even while you are there. Would definitely recommend Cocoplum to anyone coming to stay on the island!

"We absolutely loved our stay at Cocoplum! The place was central to town, restaurants and beaches. The view was spectacular and we watched the sunset every night. The condo was clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Amazing snorkeling right off the beach and everyone in the complex was very welcoming. Great communication before we arrived and lots of great recommendations - would love to stay again!!

"This property was a perfect location! Not only was the condo super clean but we enjoyed being able to walk/run to Caymana Bay plus many other places. The condo was well stocked with supplies unlike in the US where you have to buy your own paper towels etc... Love the property and will come back..

"The views from the porch are spectacular, great sunsets and it's just steps to the pool and beach. The beach is rocky but there are chairs right on the edge of the sand by the pool. The property manager was very attentive, accessible and helpful. The condo is a bit dated but very clean, comfortable and had everything needed. It is very well priced for its amenities and water front location. We did not rent a car but between walking and taxi's had no trouble getting to groceries, restaurants ( truly great options on this island) and activities. We had a lovely time and would definitely stay here again!

"We stayed in Cocoplum condo #3 and it was great. Plenty of room for what little time we spent in the condo. Everything was clear and nice. Great kitchen for cooking. The only complaints is the parking. You have an assigned spot to park in, but that does not stop other people from parking there. Then you have to park in guest spots on the other side of the tennis court, which means a much longer walk to you condo. The second was no access to cleaning supplies (in particular a broom and dustpan). There are a few locked cabinet which is where I am assuming it is, but we had no access. Not that there were any real messes, but sometime you will get sand in the condo no matter how hard you try not to, and a broom and dustpan would be great to get that up. These are very, very minor complaints. Everything else was absolutely wonderful. Would definitely come back and definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

"Just loved this peaceful area of 7 mile beach. The grounds were like a private backyard with privacy, a patio to read, and never more than 7 people at the pool area! Great snorkeling near the small boat wreck close off shore. Close to a beautiful supermarket. Comfortable mattresses, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and management very responsive to an A/C issue we had. Could not have relaxed and enjoyed ourselves more! We would definitely book again!

"The condo was well outfitted, comfortable and welcoming. Views of the pool and Caribbean. Low key and quiet. Not for parties or rowdy vacationers. A perfect spot to unwind, swim, snorkel and yet close to everything. A return visit is a definite.
