•    Kitchen essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basics such as salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters, plus plenty of pots, pans, baking dishes, baggies, foil, and plastic wrap.
•    Home essentials: Shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, facial tissue, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, blow dryer, and iron with board.

•    Thai Orchid – Long standing favorite for Thai cuisine and sushi in a relaxed setting, approximately 12–18 minutes’ walk.
•    Southern Spice – Indian restaurant with curries, tandoori dishes, and vegetarian options, also around 12–18 minutes away on foot.
•    The Kitchen – Casual choice for hearty breakfasts, comfort food, and easy takeaway, walkable in about 10–15 minutes.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION
•    A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
•    Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
• Public transportation available close bye, however having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING
•    Accessibility: Ground floor unit with step free access, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
•    Parking: Reserved parking space included, with additional guest parking typically available on site.

PROMOTIONS

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

Peaceful Beachfront Stay with Great Snorkeling & Family-Friendly Comfort

"We loved our stay at Cocoplum! We travelled with a 3 month old baby, so it was super handy to be steps away from the pool and ocean! The grounds are beautifully kept. We enjoyed sitting on our deck and by the pool. As others say, it feels very private and quiet - we loved this. The ocean requires water shoes, but the water is so clear and lovely - we spent a ton of time swimming. The snorkelling at the wreck was very cool - lots of fish to see. The pool was warm and lovely. The unit was clean, and the beds were comfortable. The linens felt very clean. We had some trouble with the internet/tv, but fortunately this was only during the last two days. Some delicious restaurants nearby too. We are already planning our trip back! Thanks for the lovely week!

"I loved this place! Cocoplum #5 It looks exactly like the photos. The view from the porch is amazing. We sat in the hammock almost every night. You can snorkel right off the beach out front & there is an amazing ship wreck to snorkel with lots of fish. The whole place was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!

"We loved our stay! The hosts are always responded to questions quickly. The place is beautiful with a pool that feels like a private pool and a beach that also feels private. It was a quiet and peaceful atmosphere but with restaurants close by being in George Town. It was so nice to be able to walk out to the pool and come back in when needed. Sitting and having coffee watching the ocean was pretty spectacular as well. The beach is more rocky then other areas of seven mile beach, but the fact that it felt secluded more then made up for it!

A 10-Star Experience at The Chapel

"Simply said, the Chapel is perfect! The architecture of the buildings themselves, where it incorporates beautiful stained glass with high ceilings , its a wonder each time you enter. Really well done. The cleanliness and modern furnishing and appliances will not go unnoticed. Great decor with a wide open floor plan. The outdoors continues seamlessly from both entrances as they circle the walk in pool with identified flora and rimmed with stone. Kairys and Nigel did it right and if you’re lucky enough to join them on a tour of their property you’re in for a wonderful surprise! 10 stars.

"We loved our stay at CocoPlum. It’s a lovely unit with beautiful grounds and pool. We snorkeled the gamma wreck. It’s a nice light swim to get there. Some good entries into the water where water shoes are not necessary. We walked to a few good restaurants a max of 15mins walk. Jayne was super responsive.

A True Gem Perfect Location & Wonderful Stay

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay! The host was incredibly helpful with clear instructions and great local recommendations. Check-in was perfectly smooth and easy. The host even checked in throughout the stay to make sure we were doing great. The location is ideal—it offered the perfect balance of privacy and quiet but was still close enough to walk to places like Fidel Irish Pub and The Wharf. The condo was very clean and comfortable, with plenty of seating. The hammock was so comfy, and the provided beach chairs were a huge bonus. We even had cute lizard friends in the condo and enjoyed watching the local roosters! A major highlight was being able to snorkel right outside and see the cool shipwreck. I seen so many cool fish! The pool was beautiful and nearly always empty. We enjoyed our coffee every morning by the pool/ocean.This place is a total gem. We will absolutely be booking here again because of the perfect location and wonderful experience. Highly recommend!

"My wife and I stayed at Cocoplum for 2 weeks. The ocean front views are incredible. The location was great as well, close to everything along 7 Mile Beach and less than a mile from the pier and downtown Georgetown, also very quiet and away from the crowds. Jayne, the property manager, was extremely attentive and friendly. We would recommend to anyone that wants to be close to the action but with lots of privacy.

"we just got home last night from this amazing condo with the pool to the left of our front door and the ocean just steps away from the pool area, the views were breathtaking and the condo was everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the views from all tue windows in the living room and kitchen of the ocean were amazing. the kitchen was well equipped with what we needed to cook our meals, it was great to have a washer and dryer in the condo also. this was just a relaxing fun and one of the best family vacations we have had. I very much recommend this condo and the staff that were easy to reach if we needed anything.

"Initially disappointed, ultimately delighted. The outdated decor and amenities are initially underwhelming. But soon you realize that this view, privacy, and serenity would be unattainable at any high end resort. The location with its nearly private pool and beach access is truly remarkable. The longer we stayed here the more we liked it. We also enjoyed walking to the Irish pub every evening. We would definitely stay here again. PS There is no tub, despite the photos.

"We were very happy with the Vrbo. Cocoplum was close to many restaurants and activities. A shower drive from airport and Georgetown. Clean, comfortable, oceanfront. I’d definitely stay here again. There is also the wreck of the gamma close to shore, which is excellent for snorkeling right off the beach acccessed from the property.

"Fantastic week at Coco Plum, our family of 4 really enjoyed ourselves. We loved the pool and beach and the shipwreck nearby was wonderful for daily snorkel visits. The property manager was very attentive whenever we needed anything. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked for several meals and didn’t find anything missing that we needed. For those planning, there’s pool floats and beach toys and an umbrella in the closet if needed.

Relaxing Stay

"This was our first time in the Cayman Islands and we had such a relaxing time here. The condo was perfect for us. We were the only ones at the pool most days and the beach was not crowded at all. My husband and I played tennis nearly every morning and we played rummy in the evenings. The condo was clean, had beach towels, chairs, rafts, goggles, etc. which was all handy to use as well. The freezer even had a working ice maker which was convenient! We walked to dinner most nights.

"Jayne was wonderful and let us drop off our luggage hours before check in time. This condo you can walk right out to the pool or ocean (bring a snorkel!). Water shoes are also helpful to bring at this part of the beach, there are shells and coral when walking in- but that is no big deal bc you just have to float out and enjoy swimming or snorkeling! Sunset views from sitting on the porch. This location is walking distance to grocery, restaurants and shopping if you don't want to rent a car (and only 8 min drive from airport) about 1 mile up near where the cruise ships let people off there is a fun outdoor mall and more restaurants to choose from. Spent one day at stingray City/coral gardens/starfish point all of which is a must see! This condo was also very clean and nicely decorated. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We would love to stay again.

"Don's place is relaxing, has a serene view (my wife kept saying that it reminded her of Hawaii and I agree). The green grass, palm trees, and beach overlooking the beautiful sunset is very nice. The apartment itself is plenty of space. We stayed as a family of 4 and did not feel cramped at all. The only negative thing that I have to say is about the smell in the neighborhood. There must have been a septic issue at one of the nearby buildings. Otherwise, the location to 7 mile beach was excellent. Even though a lot of the beach has been eroded, the pool is nice to hang by, it's quiet, and there is a bit of beach out front to explore. There was construction next door (building the Grand Hyatt), but you could barely hear it. The food in the immediate area is 'ok'. You can walk 10+ min to MANY options including grocery stores, restaurant options, and even more. We had a ton of fun!

"Our family stayed here in March. We chose the Cayman Islands to get my daughter scuba certified. This was the perfect place for our stay. Fantastic location. Right on the beach. "Had a great time here, it was quiet, clean and well equipped. Location was good, beach was an easy sand entry, good snorkelling around the rocks and a short swim to the wreck of the Gamma, very good snorkelling. Pool was nice. Would stay here again. Only complaint was the entry door was hard to open and shut due to it being swelled from the humidity. I know you can't control the weather.

"My 3 year old son loved running in the grass and watching all of the birds in the yard and swimming in the pool. The neighbors were lovely too! The beach was nice and we enjoyed being super close to all of the great hotels and restaurants. For kids, our favorite thing was the water park at the Ritz Carlton which was $40 per person per day. Perfect for kiddos. Loved Grand Cayman! We will be back!

"We enjoyed our stay and the privacy this location has. The unit was clean and comfortable, the kitchen is dated and could use nicer quality cooking pans and better quality small appliances (toaster, blender etc) but the bathrooms are renovated, the pool is very clean, the beach is beautiful and private and the air conditioning is very cold. We would recommend the unit for a family trip.

"#5 is a nice unit, however, the kitchen needs updating, especially the stove top. The burners are uneven, making cooking difficult. The bathrooms were both very nice, and the master bed was comfortable. It would be helpful if there was a drying rack for swimsuits and snorkel gear. The pool is very nice and well maintained.
