•    Basic pantry items provided to get you started: salt, pepper, spices, vinegar, oil, and coffee filters.
•    Refrigerator includes filtered water, ice maker, and Brita filtered water container.
•    In unit washer and dryer add convenience, especially for longer stays.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION
•    A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
•    Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
• Public transportation available close bye, however having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

•    Parking: Reserved parking space included onsite.

PROMOTIONS

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

"We had a lovely stay at Cocoplum #8, the location is great, right at the base of 7 mile beach, easy drive to lots of adventures. The condo complex is a little tucked away and small which was great, it’s quiet and we had the beach largely to ourselves most of the time. The layout was perfect for our group of three, (parents plus a teen) and the Sunsets from the balcony were perfection! Would come again!

Perfect Island Getaway – Spacious, Relaxing, and Family-Friendly

"Absolute paradise perfection!! This second floor condo had plenty of room for our family of 4 (15 & 17yo). 60 second walk to beach past a clean and well cared for pool with plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Nothing crazy fancy, but perfect for a genuine island feel. Location: on the quieter side with lots of space. Walkable to grocery, liquor stores etc., but took cabs/bus to main 7 mile resorts/restaurants. Snorkeling right outside our door. Unit: Wonderfully updated, clean, has every amenity and kitchen tool, dish & glassware you would ever need! Open floor plan and large, comfortable patio with plenty of seating. Ocean view only obstructed by perfectly placed palms that shaded the space. Hosts: Extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. Answered all our questions promptly, left us welcome snacks and we truly felt like their guests.If we are lucky enough to return to the Cayman Islands, we 100% will stay here again!

"My husband and I spent two nights at Cocoplum #8, and it was just what we were looking for. The unit was clean, comfortable, quiet, and just as described. Communication was great — plenty of information was provided in the days leading up to our reservation, and any questions were promptly answered. We didn't rent a vehicle, but the rental location is within easy walking distance of numerous restaurants, shops, and activities, and we enjoyed exploring the area. If you get a chance, I highly recommend this rental — you won't be disappointed!

"Location is great. Its tucked away from plenty of the ongoing noise both from Georgetown and the resorts on the Seven Mile Beach. Trees provide some shade to the patio which can difficult to get a breeze on. Everything was very clean, and the kitchen was well supplied. It never felt cramped or small with three adults. The beds could probably be replaced, as they're sinking pretty bad in the middle. But overall pretty minimal to a great place to call home for a little bit.

"This spot was perfect for my husband, two kids in college and me. The condo was well appointed and had all the essentials- including beach towels and chairs - for us to enjoy the best of the beach. We brought our own snorkeling gear and saw a variety of fish at the ship wreck right off shore including a Morrey Eel! This place is walking distance to grocery store, The Wharf restaurant ( great place) and the liquor store. Loved this place and hope to return again in the future!

"The grounds are well maintained and there is use of a tennis court onsite. Local amenities are within walking distance with lots of restaurants near by. "Beautiful beach and pool front. Well appointed kitchen was perfect for our family. The space was furnished nicely. Bedrooms and baths were clean and spacious. Ceiling fans were a plus. Morning coffee on the veranda was a treat. The snorkeling right off the beach was so enjoyable for the whole family. Enjoyed playing tennis every day. We made memories that we will treasure.

Perfect Cayman vacation rental

"Traveling with my wife and three children and Cocoplum was the perfect vacation rental for us. The rental was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in the perfect location. The ocean views from the large balcony were spectacular and views of the pool and well maintained grounds were also great - it was a perfect spot for a cup of coffee or cocktail or to read a book. The pool is on the small side but was perfect for us - my boys probably were in the pool 5 hours a days. There are plenty of lounge chairs and tables around the pool which were perfect for lounging but also for dining ocean and poolside. A few steps away is the beach which is very private. There is coral but it’s an amazing beach. A short distance out from the shoreline we saw of fish and coral reefs. Plus a short swim away is a shipwreck which was so interesting to snorkel around - when my youngest son wasn’t in the pool he was snorkeling and checking out the shipwreck. There is a nice tennis court on the property which we used for tennis but also to workout. There were other families and small groups at the property during our stay but for the most part we felt we had the place to ourself. There are also two charcoal grills. This was our first trip to the Caymans but we thought the location was perfect. Lots of great restaurants and food stores are a short distance. For us Cocoplum was a perfect spot to relax and have fun together as a family…we didn’t want to leave!

"There were several extras that made this visit even more pleasurable - the floats/snorkel gear, the hammock on the large, spacious balcony. The view is unbeatable and we spent many a peaceful evening watching the gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. The location is so close to all the necessities - grocery, liquor store, and many good restaurants within walking distance. Thank you so much to our wonderful hosts for a most enjoyable birthday/retirement vacation!

"Excellent view. Very close to amenities. Good location close to 7 mile beach. Great snorkeling at the wreck of the Gamma right off shore. Provided towels were MUCH Appreciated. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the porch. A few recommendations for the host: the primary bathroom door needs WD-40. The squeakiness was unpleasant in the middle of the night and early morning. There needs to be a wine opener added to kitchen. Four rolls of toilet paper was not sufficient for four people for five days, but when the host was notified, they quickly provided more. Hand soap for the bathrooms would also be a nice addition. Having a washer and dryer was great and they worked well. Overall an excellent stay.
