George Town Villas #113 is a stylish 2-bedroom, 2-bath ground-floor corner condo tucked away on quiet “Snooze Lane” at the start of Seven Mile Beach.

With garden and ocean views, a recently updated interior, and one of the best snorkelling spots just steps away, this is a hidden gem perfect for families or couples looking to relax and explore.

The condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances (updated October 2024), a breakfast bar, and a spacious living room with a large flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Ceiling fans, central A/C, washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, and thoughtful design make for a comfortable stay.

Starter Essentials Provided:
Kitchen essentials include dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started. Home essentials include a comprehensive starter pack with shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens, and beach towels are also provided.

Outdoor Highlights:
Lounge by the beachfront freshwater pool, play tennis or pickleball on-site, or relax on the beach just steps away. The shore features lava rock and a convenient ladder entry into the sea — with incredible snorkelling, including access to the Wreck of the Gamma and coral heads teeming with marine life.

Nearby Dining & Attractions:
The condo is walkable to restaurants, bars, supermarkets, cafés, and shopping. Kirk Market is a 10-minute walk, and nearby resorts offer watersports like parasailing, jet skiing, and paddleboarding. Explore the local scene at Camana Bay or hop on the nearby public bus for easy access to George Town or Seven Mile Beach hot spots.

Perfect Ground-Level Stay

"The stay here was excellent. My mom wanted something on the ground level and this was a perfect place. The rooms are very comfortable and the decor is very vacation themed. Very clean and functional kitchen and bathrooms.

"We were very pleased with this rental from start to finish. excellent communication, the condo is very well appointed, and comfortable and clean. The location is also perfect, you could stay here without a car if you wanted to, but having a car to explore the island is always recommended. The beds are very comfortable, the linens are high quality. We would rent here again for sure, and based on this experience we would absolutely trust Cayman Vacations for their other rentals as well. "We had a wonderful vacation at this lovely villa. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The villa had everything we needed and was walking distance to many restaurants and supermarkets. Camana Bay was just a short walk away as well. There we were able to take the Ferry and go to the north side of the island and visit starfish point. Ildi was wonderful. She welcomed us at the villa and was very attentive to our needs. We were able to check in early and check out later to accommodate our flight schedule. We will be back!!
