Newly renovated and released to the vacation rental market in December 2023, this luxury retreat is ideal for discerning travelers seeking beauty, tranquility, and convenience.

Inspired by the elegance of cruise ships and the spirit of island living, Grape Tree #10 has been curated with premium finishes and custom features throughout. This includes Legno Bastone hardwood accents, custom tray ceilings, and a one-of-a-kind wood wall in the primary bedroom made from 100-year-old reclaimed timber. Every detail has been considered — from ambient blue LED lighting to a Sonos audio system that extends even into the bathrooms. Enjoy the sense of serenity created by soft textures, modern décor, and a neutral palette designed to enhance the tranquil ocean views beyond your private balcony.

Essential Starter Pack Included:
- Kitchen Essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and coffee filters to get you started.
- Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with board. Towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

-Samsung flat-screen TV with cable
-Office nook for remote work
-Sonos sound system throughout the unit

Check‑In & Check‑Out:
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code on check‑in day.
Arrival is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check‑in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check‑out is self‑service @ 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check‑out is only available if pre‑arranged, as we need time to prepare for incoming guests.

"Our family of 4 stayed here for a week and had the best time. Beach was beautiful, pool was great and the condo was wonderfully comfortable. We walked, snorkeled, swam, played, laughed and rested all week. The kitchen was fully equipped, there were beach chairs and umbrellas, ample towels and the place was spotless and comfy. The team did a great job with making recommendations and we had the best time. Highly recommend and we can’t wait to come back!!

"The accommodations were great and nicely updated! We had everything we needed. The owners/prop managers were very responsive and helpful with recommendations/reservations. I would definitely suggest this specific unit within the Grape Tree properties! Note that you have a small area of beach here and are about a mile south of the start of open, continuous, walkable beach front.

"Our stay at #10 Grapetree, Cayman was absolutely exceptional and easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we have ever had. The home is spotless, beautifully maintained, thoughtfully stocked, and perfectly located for a relaxing Cayman getaway. Everything was exactly as described and even better in person. Betty Ann deserves special recognition. She is an outstanding host. From the moment we booked to the day we checked out, her communication was warm, prompt, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable, smooth, and truly memorable. It is clear she genuinely cares about her guests and takes great pride in the property.
