Hideaway at Seagull #25 is a newly listed vacation rental (June 2025) offering affordable luxury in the heart of Grand Cayman’s world-famous Seven Mile Beach.
Located in the charming Seagull Beach Resort complex, this stylish 1-bedroom, 1-bath garden-view condo is just steps—a 1-minute walk—from the powdery white sands and crystal-clear waters of the Caribbean Sea.

The Space

Prime Location:
Perfectly positioned along West Bay Road, across from the West Shore Centre, the condo is within easy walking distance to Camana Bay, Blue Cilantro, Ragazzi, and other popular dining and shopping destinations.

Our turnkey, professionally managed condo is thoughtfully designed with your comfort in mind:

Fully equipped kitchen with 4-burner glass stove top, full oven, fridge/freezer, drip coffee maker, teakettle, toaster, blender, and cookware
Full bathroom with a walk-in shower

Rest & Recharge - The peaceful bedroom features:

- Wall-mounted smart TV
- Full-size closet, iron, and ironing board

Entertainment & Connectivity:

Added Convenience:
- In-unit washer & dryer along with complimentary Starter Kit with paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and soaps

Beach-Ready - To make your beach days even better, we provide:
- 2 Tommy Bahama beach chairs and an umbrella, plus beach towels and a large rolling Igloo cooler

Outdoor Relaxation:
Private covered patio with 2 comfortable lounge chairs. Shared charcoal grill just steps from the sand for perfect seaside BBQs.
The Digital door code is issued along with driving directions, on-island property manager contact info, etc.

Property Promotions:
Automatic discounts may apply based on your travel dates, including seasonal “Stay 7, Pay 6” offers (May 1 to Nov 1,2026), last-minute deals, early booking savings, and extended-stay discounts.
All eligible offers are applied automatically, and cannot be combined with other promotions or Repeat Guest benefits; blackout dates (December 17 – January 3) and other restrictions apply.

Complex parking or car space available (1 vehicle) plus guest parking

Check‑In & Check‑Out:
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code on check‑in day.
Arrival is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check‑in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check‑out is self‑service @ 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check‑out is only available if pre‑arranged, as we need time to prepare for incoming guests.

"Great location- close to restaurants, beach. Condo has everything you might need including beach chairs, sun umbrella, beach loungers etc. Great value given its prime location!

"Great location! Right on West Bay Road on 7 mile and can walk to just about everything you need. Direct beach access to a great spot that is generally private with only a few others out there. Condo itself is clean and well stocked. All you need for a great stay in Caymans!
