Set directly on a tranquil stretch of sugar white sand, it blends resort style amenities—two oceanfront pools, lazy river, gym, outdoor kitchen—with the privacy and comfort of a high end home.

DINING & LOCATION – OCEANS 9, WEST BAY
Oceans 9 sits in a peaceful, upscale corner of West Bay on a quiet, northwest facing stretch of beach. You’re away from the busiest parts of Seven Mile Beach, but still within a short drive of many of Grand Cayman’s best waterfront bars, local eateries, and resort restaurants.

VERY CLOSE (ABOUT 3–7 MINUTES’ DRIVE)
•    VIVO – Vegetarian forward oceanfront café with great coffee, healthy plates, and sea views, just a few minutes up the road toward Northwest Point.
•    Macabuca Tiki Bar & Cracked Conch – Roughly 4–6 minutes by car; Macabuca offers super casual oceanside tacos, burgers, and drinks, while Cracked Conch next door is more upscale with Caribbean inspired fine dining and fantastic sunset views.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION
•    A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
•    Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
•    Public transportation is close and regular, however having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

ACCESSIBILITY & PARKING
•    Two-story unit, access via steps - no elevator
•    One reserved parking space is provided.

PROMOTIONS
Automatic discounts may apply based on travel dates, including seasonal Stay 7, Pay 6 offers from May 1 to November 1, along with last-minute deals, early booking savings, and extended-stay discounts.
Eligible offers are applied automatically, cannot be combined with other promotions or Repeat Guest benefits, and may be subject to blackout dates from December 17 to January 3.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.

"We had a wonderful stay and made the most of every day despite the weather being terrible. Our group was celebrating an engagement, which made the trip especially memorable. The villa itself was beautiful and comfortably accommodated eight people—it was perfect for our group. We did expect a pickleball court to be within walking distance, but ended up driving to one in Georgetown instead, which was still very nice. The location isn’t ideal for walking, as the roads are narrow with little shoulder, so safety can be a concern. There also aren’t walkable coffee shops or many nearby restaurants. That said, we rented a car and found it easy to get to beaches and great dining spots, so getting around wasn’t an issue. Overall, a lovely villa and a great stay if you’re comfortable driving.
