Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants, and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following, which are all within walking distance: Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.

- Casa 43 Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar - Just a few minutes away, this local favorite serves up bold Mexican flavors and an excellent tequila selection. Fun, lively atmosphere.
- Yoshi Sushi - Consistently rated one of the best sushi spots on the island. Fresh fish, creative rolls, and great service. About 5 minutes by car.
- Ragazzi Restaurant & Pizzeria - A long-standing favorite offering authentic Italian cuisine, wood-fired pizzas, and an impressive wine list. 5–7 minutes’ drive.
- Luca - Elegant and upscale, perfect for a special night out. Mediterranean-inspired menu and a beachfront setting at the Caribbean Club. Roughly 10 minutes away.
- Peppers Bar & Grill - A relaxed, local spot with hearty Caribbean fair, jerk chicken, and live music on select nights. Walkable from the complex.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Accessibility: 2nd-floor unit. This condo is not wheelchair or elevator accessible.
Parking: Complex parking or car space available (1 vehicle)

PLEASE NOTE: The southern end of 7 Mile Beach has been experiencing some migratory sand shifting and beach erosion. The properties south of 7 Mile Beach, including the Marriott Beach Resort and Regal Beach Club, have been affected by this erosion at times during the year. This is a seasonal, cyclical and changing situation. There are times when there is a small beach, and there are other times when there is no beach. There are a few steps that allow easy access to the Caribbean Sea. Please understand this is Mother Nature, over which we have no control of.

"This was my second time staying at Regal Beach Club. The location is awesome, plenty of restaurants around and we walked into Georgetown many times. The resort is maintained beautifully and still has a beach while the Marriott next door had no beach whatsoever. This condo was great, everything you need, even extra beach chairs, and water toys. Super clean, excellent property manager. There were many residents at the resort which kept the beach and pool area less crowded, we loved that. One small issue, the beds were too firm for us, but that is personal preference. Would recommend this condo!

"Our family (two adults two teens) stayed at this Regal Beach condo for 1 week, and had a fantastic time.The Regal Beach resort itself is quiet, peaceful and relaxing, with beautiful grounds, all extremely well maintained. The condo was clean & very well equipped, exactly as advertised.The staff were all friendly & helpful, and it felt very safe.The property manager (Ildi) went above & beyond, offering to receive our grocery delivery in advance of our arrival, and putting things away in the fridge for us. She also took the time to advise me on specific activities & areas of interest for my teens. As a result, they were able to explore the area around the condo independently (particularly Camana Bay), even in the evening, without any worries from me.The condo access is with a keypad, which made it very convenient for all of us to come and go as we pleased.The beach in front of the resort is small, but it suited us perfectly - it felt private, had very soft sand, and shallow water extending for a good distance (my teens played catch in the water, waist-deep, for hours at a time). We walked all the way up the beach (as far as the Westin Hotel), and all agreed that we liked our section of beach best of all.For those who want to rent stand-up paddle boards or kayaks, the Marriott hotel immediately next door offers that. We also enjoyed snorkelling directly from our beach.A bonus of this resort is that it faces due west, for fantastic sunsets every day.

"The regal beach club is located centrally on seven Mile Beach so that you have a great spot to enjoy this beautiful island. You do not need a car as it is very easy to walk to many restaurants nearby. The grocery store is a little bit of a walk, but they also do delivery. This part of the beach has eroded quite a bit, but because the regal beach property is set back there is still a good amount of sand to enjoy. The pool set up is very nice and includes plenty of lounge chairs. The condo itself is well appointed and very clean. It was perfect for our family of five to enjoy an escape this February from the cold of the northeast US.

"Super cozy and cute condo, was a slightly tight but definitely manageable fit for 6 adults. Location was great and the beach was a short 1-min walk away; they had plenty of rentable snorkel gear/paddle boards/jet skis. At the time of our visit (Dec 2024), there was plenty of white sand. We especially loved the kitchen, which was fully equipped with everything we needed. Plenty of high quality towels and linens were provided. We thought it was reasonably priced, and our family would love to come again! Only thing was that there was no hot tub as mentioned in the listing, but there are two lovely pools. Ildi, the property manager, was also super helpful and responsive while we were on the island. Overall, highly recommend!

"A good fit even for five adults with plenty of space. The size of the living room and balcony were perfect for us. The place was centrally located (easy enough in a small island) and parking was a breeze. Sadly the beachfront was mostly eroded with only a small standing portion available at low tide. However there's lovely pools and lounge chairs to look at the ocean. Also the fantastic public beaches are less than 10 minutes away by car or even walking. This was a great off-season steal with all the amenities and space we needed. Would absolutely book again.

Resort Like Property

"Great condo with resort like grounds. We enjoyed walking next door to the Marriott pool bar and getting smoothies and sunset cocktails. The beach in the southern part of seven mile is gone for the most part which is a disappointing but you can’t control nature. You can still snorkel right off the property. The Marriott also has Red Sail Sports just steps away from the Regal Beach Club where you can rent floating mats and snorkel gear. The condo itself has everything you need. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. It’s clean, nicely decorated, and has extras like beach chairs and sand toys. Walk to Camana Bay and Fosters Grocery Store. We had a car but you don't need one in this location. Walk to restaurants and shops along Seven Mile beach. Property manger was very responsive and accommodating. This condo was on the back side of property (away from the pool/ocean) and was very quiet. Still had beautiful views of the water and pool but not the noise of common areas. Overall great spot to stay at.

"Regal beach is a beautiful property - we stayed in 322 at the back or the building, but still had a glimpse of the ocean. Only one drawback of the property is that there isn’t any beach left and trying to get in the water is somewhat rocky…but the property is Ocean front.
