Welcome to Seven Mile View Condo #3A, a Ground-Floor Studio oceanfront condo in West Bay, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman.
The Seven Mile View complex is a wonderful place to stay with its oceanfront location and proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Cemetery Beach. The renovated condos offer modern amenities, beautiful views, and unique designs.
There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - 7 minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.

The property:
The entire Seven Mile View complex has undergone a complete renovation, featuring modern kitchens, high-end tile floors, floating staircases, large windows that flood the spaces with natural light and offer spectacular ocean views, patios off the living and bedroom areas, and high ceilings.

The bathrooms have been designed with high-end tile throughout and feature modern cabinets and fixtures. Each of the five residences has its own unique design, construction, and layout, all incorporating top-of-the-line materials.

Accommodation:
The condo features a Queen-size bed and can accommodate up to 2 guests. It is fully furnished and equipped with amenities such as a comfortable living area, HDTV with cable, high-speed WiFi, a kitchenette with burners, a microwave, a drip coffee maker, a BBQ grill, and all necessary linens, bath towels, and beach towels. Complimentary laundry service is provided for this unit.

Condo guests in units 3A and 3B share access to a washer and dryer space at the complex. Linens and towels are changed out by your housekeeper upon request.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen essentials include: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper, and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack, including shampoo, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with a board. Plenty of towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Inclusions:
Each unit is equipped with two(2) lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Convenient Location:
The location of Seven Mile View offers easy access to supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants, bars, and various water attractions such as the Dolphin Encounter, Turtle Farm, and Beach Horseback Riding.
Unit #1 faces the pool, ocean and has a view to the West Bay dock.

Distance to Restaurants (Seven Mile Beach area is food central:
Seven Mile View is well-positioned, so here’s what you’ve got nearby:

Closest Restaurants (Walking Distance):
- Alfresco Restaurant – about 2–3 minutes on foot (literally across the road!)
- Heritage Kitchen – around 8–10 minutes walking (charming local spot by the beach)
- Macabuca & Cracked Conch – about 20–25 minutes walking, or 5 min drive (worth it for sunset + cocktails!)

Other popular options (Driving):
- Coconut Joe’s, Peppers, XQ's, The Wharf – all about 5–10 minutes by car.
- Camana Bay (with lots of restaurants and shops) – also 10 minutes by car.
So basically, if you're staying at Seven Mile View, you can walk to a couple of gems and drive easily to everything else.

Transportation options include:
• Car Rentals: Available through Kayak, Marshall's, or Andy's Rent-a-Car
• Bus Service: You can catch a local bus just steps from the condo—just wave one down along the main road for an easy ride to town, the beach, or the airport!

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

"This tropical villa was an absolute dream and easily one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. The views are simply breathtaking—the photos don't do justice to the panoramic vistas you wake up to every morning. We loved how quiet and secluded the property felt, providing a true sanctuary away from the crowds. Having world-class snorkeling right at our doorstep was a major highlight; we spent hours in the crystal-clear water exploring the vibrant reefs and marine life. To top it off, the hosts were incredibly kind and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. "Wow, what can we say., just fantastic on every level. Easy check in, Great Communication everything was taken care of. Betty Ann, Melinda & Karen all worked together to ensure we had the stay of our dreams. Location is peaceful and quiet, just what we were looking for. Spotless with great facilities. 15 mins on foot to Fosters supermarket made it really convenient. A world away from the partying at 7 mile beach. I would book the Apartment tomorrow if I could. "Great location for that part of the island. We found a few good restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Grocery and liquor store right down the street. We had coffee on the front patio and met a few nice neighbors. You couldn’t actually see the sunset but you could see the beautiful changes in the sky, and snorkeling in our front bay was very nice. Great efficiency condo for a few day stay!

"This was a perfect place to stay for me and my husband. The place was clean, the bed was comfortable and the pool area had amazing views of the ocean and 7 mile beach. It was very peaceful to hang out by the pool. The West Bay beach is also only a few min walk. We enjoyed how quiet the beach was and we did see lots of fish and a stingray while snorkeling there. We would definitely return!

"The room was very tight. The bathroom was very nice. The pool is right outside the sliding glass door with view of the ocean. You can see the beach but have to walk a block or so to get to it.

a perfect little studio

"This is a perfect little studio for a couple to spend a get away to Grand Cayman. Budget friendly so that you have more funds to be able to enjoy the local restaurants and attractions. Perfect sunset views (if Mother Nature cooperates), cozy, squeaky clean, great housekeepers that check in and see if you need anything. Host communicated very well and the on island group was nicely attentive and great recommendations when needed. We will most likely be utilizing the Host’s space again.

"Kinda don’t even want to leave a review because this place is a hidden gem! The whole process was smooth from check in to check out. The views are top notch. I have never spent so much time in a pool, but the views were just that good!!! The condo, despite being small, had everything we needed! Water pressure and temp was great! Kitchen stocked with anything you might need, including a full size fridge with ice maker and water! The bed was a little squeaky and there is maybe a bit too much furniture for such a small space but those things are so minor! Overall, this is by far the best place I’ve ever stayed on ANY island! 10/10 recommend! We WILL be back!!

"Seven Mile View is the place that we have been looking for to get away from it all. It is just a few minutes out of the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile beach area and hotels, yet it offers so much more. The rooms (condos) are great, the infinity pool makes you feel that you are swimming in the sea, and the view of Seven Mile beach cannot be beat. The location is perfect with easy and fast access to Northwest point, West Bay, Seven Mile beaches and restaurants, Camana Bay, Georgetown, etc. There's also a Fosters grocery store right around the corner. The Cayman Vacation team is fantastic also. They are attentive and respond quickly either via email, phone or text message. We will be returning to Seven Mile View next year when we take our annual Cayman trip.

"Had a wonderful stay at the Seven Mile View villa. We were in Grand Cayman for a dive trip, and we loved coming back to the villa to relax in the beautiful pool. The location is perfect. We were within close driving distance to everything we needed, and the beach was right there just steps away. We liked that the villa was in its own nook, giving it a more private and peaceful feel. Highly recommend and can't wait to go back.

"The view and the sunsets were amazing. It matched the description, but just a heads up...it is small. We were not there very often, but if you want more space, I would suggest #1,2, or 4. I would also highly recommend a car. It is nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile Beach, but you can't really get anywhere from the condo. Also, West Bay Beach is definitely a local beach with lots of loud music at night. There is a phone but it didn't work (I should have asked about this, but I didn't), so just a heads up. That being said, the place was clean, beautiful, and we really enjoyed talking to the other guests at the pool and while sitting outside. Don and Melinda did a great job communicating. We liked the place and enjoyed Grand Cayman.

"This was our 5th trip to Grand Cayman. We love the West Bay Area as it is more quiet than SMB. I also thought it would convenient as I was planning on doing lots of diving and the condo is right next to the West Bay dock. The condo was smaller than I expected. We felt a little cramped. The outside space is nice, but also somewhat intimate—you get to know your neighbors, which can be a good or bad thing. In our case our neighbors on one side were somewhat loud tended to take over the pool space with their music and conversation. Overall, the place is nice—especially if you don’t plan to spend much time there and instead explore the island.

"We had a wonderful time in West Bay/7 Mile Beach. Easy to get to, and ample parking. Right on the water and a great pool, too. But it was Don, Melinda and the staff that made the stay great. They were SUPER responsive to anything we needed and very communicative. I've had good AirBNB hosts before, but Don and his staff stand out above the rest. We hope to return in the future.

"Beachfront -Beautiful waterfront property with lovely ocean views ! Property management was wonderful and attentive. Very relaxing and private location close to everything on the west end. Great snorkel locations nearby at Dive Tech where they were super friendly and knowledgeable about the reef! Seven Mile View is a treasure!
