Welcome to the Seven View Condo #3B, a 2nd-floor Corner Studio oceanfront condo with sweeping views of beautiful West Bay.
Located in the tranquil and picturesque West Bay area, this condo complex, which hit the vacation rental market in January 2023, offers an escape away from the hustle and bustle of Seven Mile, enabling visitors to relax in the charms the property has to offer and the old-world feel of the region.
There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - to 7-minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.
Your sweeping view is of Seven Mile Beach from the pool deck and your condo balcony. Minutes away, enjoy snorkelling at Cemetery Beach, relax on beach chairs at Governors Beach, and have lunch at Tillie’s.

Accommodation:
The Seven Mile View Condo #3B is a 2nd-floor studio oceanfront condo in West Bay with views of Seven Mile Beach.
The condo has a King-size bed and can sleep up to 2 people. This is a great choice for those wanting direct oceanfront views, a private beach, excellent snorkelling, and shore diving while being just 2 minutes from world-famous Seven Mile Beach.
PLEASE NOTE: This is a 2nd-floor unit. Due to the open stairs at this condo, for your safety, the minimum age for children is 5 years old.

Laundry:
Condo guests in units 3A and 3B share access to a washer and dryer space at the complex. Linens and towels are changed out by your housekeeper upon request.

Stylish Interior:
The Seven Mile View complex has been completely renovated from top to bottom with modern kitchens, high-end tile floors, floating staircases, large windows bringing in lots of light and spectacular ocean views, patios off the living and bedroom areas, and high ceilings.

The bathrooms feature high-end tile throughout and modern cabinets and fixtures. Each and every one of the 5 residences has its own unique design, build, and layout, all with top-of-the-line materials.

Entertainment:
The unit is fully furnished with a comfortable living area, HDTV and cable, high-speed wifi, a full kitchen with a large Sub-Zero refrigerator, a drip coffee maker, a BBQ grill, all linens, bath towels, and beach towels.

Essential Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen Essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with a board. Towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Inclusions:
Each unit is equipped with two(2) lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Convenient Location:
The location of Seven Mile View offers easy access to supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants, bars, and various water attractions such as the Dolphin Encounter, Turtle Farm, and Beach Horseback Riding.
Unit #3B corner, second-floor unit faces the pool, ocean and has a view to the West Bay dock.

Distance to Restaurants (Seven Mile Beach area is food central:
Seven Mile View is well-positioned, so here’s what you’ve got nearby:
Closest Restaurants (Walking Distance):
- Alfresco Restaurant – about 2–3 minutes on foot (literally across the road!)
- Heritage Kitchen – around 8–10 minutes walking (charming local spot by the beach)
- Macabuca & Cracked Conch – about 20–25 minutes walking, or 5 min drive (worth it for sunset + cocktails!)
Other popular options (Driving):
- Coconut Joe’s, Peppers, XQ's, The Wharf – all about 5–10 minutes by car.
- Camana Bay (with lots of restaurants and shops) – also 10 minutes by car.
So basically, if you're staying at Seven Mile View, you can walk to a couple of gems and drive easily to everything else. 🚗🍽️

Transportation options include:
• Car Rentals: Available through Kayak, Marshall's, or Andy's Rent-a-Car
• Bus Service: You can catch a local bus just steps from the condo—just wave one down along the main road for an easy ride to town, the beach, or the airport!

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

Second-floor unit. Due to the open internal stairs at this condo, for your safety, the minimum age for children is 5 years old.

"We had an amazing holiday at seven mile view. The pool was luxurious- I had a hard time leaving the tranquility and the view. It’s close to west bay beach which isn’t a great beach, but we rented bikes and know the shortcuts and headed to Cemetery beach ( a lot better) and Governors beach. ( which is an idealistic beach). Our kind of vacation… limited driving but constantly enjoying the weather and our surroundings. Seven Mile View was absolutely Perfect!! Also it was fun to watch the scuba boats go out and come back.

"Overall an amazing stay and will be back for sure! We were greeted by the property manager upon arrival and management was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We appreciated the fabulous view from our balcony and great location of this property, as it’s in a quieter area of seven mile beach but not far from the popular attractions. The unit was clean and stocked with beach towels and chairs/umbrella which was a huge plus. 10/10 recommend!

"I personally loved this place. Each is own. Someone may not feel the same. I however would definitely stay here again. Was away from all the busy hotel congestion but still close enough to enjoy it. This place was very clean, amazing view and within walking distance to what is now one of my favorite restaurants. Bella Tryttoria. We had dinners there three nights out of our seven nights stay if that tells you anything. One of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Andy’s car rentals is a must if you’re looking for a rental car. This was our first time to the island and we plan on returning. We are both divers and everything was a perfect fit for us. Absolutely loved sitting on the balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Place is priced right and worth the stay. Thank you

"Perfect location for a relaxing get away! This unit had everything we needed for our stay. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. There was a 'Karen' that rented at the same time as us and 3 other families. 'Karen' did not like people in the pool at 7:15 and wanted them to be quiet. Quiet time starts at 9pm and pool closes at 10pm. Management came out, addressed and resolved the situation. Location was perfect to everything we love to do. Dive, snorkel, fish and golf. Grocery store is very close and is really nice. We have stayed on the other end before but this is our go to location from now on. The infinity pool, small beach access (which is kind of private), waterfront and all the amenities make it special.

"my wife & I stayed at unit #3B for 4 nights recently. Was concerned it would be a tiny little unit. Once we arrived though, Karen (housekeeper) pleasantly, gave us tour and was super helpful, getting us checked in. We were impressed on how clean the unit was, had great view, overlooking pool on second floor. Bed was comfy, shower worked great. We used the outdoor grill and it was like brand new. The crown jewel though is the pool. Simply amazing. Great location to having Fosters grocery close by along with cemetery beach 2 min drive, for snorkeling, etc. Would definitely stay again. "A perfect little condo for two. Very updated & well-appointed with nice fridge, stove/oven, microwave & dishwasher. Also has access to washer/dryer onsite. Bed was very firm & comfortable. Beautiful shower. Condo was clean & quiet other than minor road noise. The pool is stunning & views are great! Literally just steps from the water, but direct access into the water is challenging. Very rocky. But beach is right next door. Only negatives were lack of info on location of washer/dryer & access (we had to ask for code), the icemaker in freezer doesn't work & no ice cube trays were provided, balcony has no direct access to pool (you have to go out back door & around), and there was no outdoor furniture provided on balcony (only one set of chairs for all the apartments). Drying areas for clothes, etc. would also be nice to have, considering what most people are doing while staying there. And a cooler to take to beach should also be provided. Just minor things that could make a wonderful stay even better!

"Had a phenomenal time in West Bay! Don and the management team were great the entire trip, from check-in to check out. They were attentive to all needs. Quiet and beautiful stay all around. The pool and sundeck was a highlight, boasting views of the bay and amble hours of sunlight. Quick drive away from all restaurants and steps away from the nearest beach. "Enjoyed our stay while here for a pickleball tournament. 7 Mile view was a smaller condo without large crowds and plenty of access to lounge chairs and pool. We appreciated the peacefulness of the property. The property manager (that also cleaned) was handy if you had any question or needed anything. I did some snorkeling with water shoes right off the property which was handy. My wife is a long distance beach runner and easy access to 7 mile beach was a bit challenging but we found access. Hint: Take local streets to marine park (ocean access path just before a large cemetery). If you just want to sit on a nearby beach, there is a very close sandy beach with park access where you can enjoy the sand and a nice swim. Overall, I wound rent again.

Comfortable studio with great view

"Nicely appointed, comfortable bed, good AC, great view. Cayman Vacation was responsive and helpful with as early a check in as they could manage. The balcony is undivided between units, so not much privacy there. The seating around the pool is limited as it seems to belong to the downstairs units. The table and loungers on the cement pad are great for views, and nearby steps into the ocean make a dip in the ocean easy . Some shade around this area would be a welcome addition. All in all a really good place to stay.

GREAT LOCATION!

"Great location! In West Bay, about 10 minutes outside of 7 Mile Beach. Studio apartment was clean and matched the description. We stayed in one of the other condos a year ago, which was a lot larger. It just wasn’t available. This place is perfect for 2 people. Very quiet, peaceful area place with a wonderful pool. Kitchen stocked with everything you need, towels for the beach, and a nice grill to use outside. We would rent at these condos again, but not this particular unit. The only 2 negatives were a VERY BRIGHT street light that beams into the unit all night and there are no shades on the door to block the light out. The bed is also not good if you like a firm mattress. My wife’s back hurt every night because of the soft mattress. If you like soft, it’s perfect! Other than that, great place!

"It felt private and the apartment was adequate for the 2 of us. Supermarket is walking distance and the public bus comes past regularly. The whole complex is well maintained and clean . We enjoyed the sun beds and the Poole area. Would definitely recommend this place .

"We had an idea of staying somewhere else but because of that Host’s lack of communication our reservation with them fell through while we were already on our way to Cayman Islands. Luckily I was able to message this host to comfirm availability and he was prompt to reply wirh a comfirmation. We booked his place while in the air! Once we landed we had instructions that were easy to follow. The place was amazing and so worth it! The views, peaceful vibes… there are a couple of local restaurants walking distance, a supermarket… we loved the amenities of the house: beach chairs/umbrellas, beach towels, pool lounges… a fully equipped kitchen. I would stay here again and again

"There was prompt check in, staff was friendly, host checked in during our stay. The condos have everything you need for a perfect vacation. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and plenty of towels were available for our use. The pool and patio were clean and well kept. There is parking available if you have a rental car. You won’t regret booking this special spot in West Bay.

"We enjoyed our stay. With only 5 units, the location felt very private. The views are fantastic. We especially enjoyed watching the dive boats go in and out of the West Bay Dock. The sunsets are beautiful. The unit was recently updated, so it was very clean and well appointed. You will want a car to go to a sandy beach, restaurants, or shopping.

"Our studio unit was lovely, new! clean, spacious and had absolutely everything we needed. Love that there are only 5 (I think?) units in the building. The view over the Caribbean is magnificent and we enjoyed watching the cruise ships come in and out almost daily. Being steps away from the west end of Seven Mile Beach, we enjoyed walking it daily soaking up the warmth of the sun. The warm water was heavenly for savouring my morning ritual sea swim, and with goggles I could watch the plethora of fish! The snorkeling is fantastic right at Seven Mile View or anywhere along the beach where there are rocks!! We had no problem entertaining ourselves daily right where we were. A great location for divers to stay as dive boats depart each and every morning from the dock right next door. We didn't rent a car but could easily walk to the grocery store and we loved Alfresco's restaurant, also a quick walk away. Thank you so much Melinda and Diane!! We could not have asked for any better hosts!! Thank you for being there Diane when I needed to go to emerg - above and beyond Ladies!! The kindness of the Caymanian people will bring us back to the Cayman Islands and we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Seven Mile View again.

"Very comfortable, spotless, well-equipped studio on the first floor of this small block of just 5 apartments with a lovely view over the pool and the sea, with parking. Short walk to West Bay Beach and the start of 7 Mike Beach. Also close to Alfresco, a lovely little restaurant & bar on the beach, great for sunsets.
