Welcome to the beautiful Seven Mile View Condo #4, a 2-Bed, 3-Bath, 2-story oceanfront condo in West Bay, located in a quiet residential neighborhood in the heart of Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman.
The Seven Mile View complex is a wonderful place to stay with its oceanfront location and proximity to Seven Mile Beach and Cemetery Beach.
The renovated condos offer modern amenities, beautiful views, and unique designs.
There are 5 oceanfront units, which are a 1-minute walk to beautiful West Bay Beach, a 5 - 7 minute walk (1/2 mile), or a 2-minute car ride to Seven Mile Beach and wonderful Cemetery Beach.

Accommodation:
Seven Mile View Condo #4 is a 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom, 2-story corner oceanfront condo with stunning views of Seven Mile Beach and the Caribbean Sea.
With a queen-size bed in the master bedroom and a Queen and twin single beds in the guest bedroom, it can accommodate up to 5 guests.

Fully Equipped:
The condo is fully furnished and equipped with amenities such as HDTV, cable, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen including a Drip-filter coffee maker, an in-suite washer/dryer, a BBQ grill, and all necessary linens and towels.

Essential Starter Pack Included:
Kitchen Essentials: Dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items such as salt, pepper and coffee filters to get you started.
Home Essentials Include: Comprehensive starter pack including shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, laundry detergent, a blow dryer, and an iron with a board. Towels, linens and beach towels are also provided.

Inclusions:
Each unit is equipped with two(2) lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Convenient Location:
The location of Seven Mile View offers easy access to supermarkets, shopping areas, restaurants, bars, and various water attractions such as the Dolphin Encounter, Turtle Farm, and Beach Horseback Riding.
Unit #1 faces the pool, ocean and has a view of the West Bay dock.

Distance to Restaurants (Seven Mile Beach area is food central:
Seven Mile View is well-positioned, so here’s what you’ve got nearby:

Closest Restaurants (Walking Distance):
- Alfresco Restaurant – about 2–3 minutes on foot (literally across the road!)
- Heritage Kitchen – around 8–10 minutes walking (charming local spot by the beach )
- Macabuca & Cracked Conch – about 20–25 minutes walking, or 5 min drive (worth it for sunset + cocktails!)
Other popular options (Driving):
- Coconut Joe’s, Peppers, XQ's, The Wharf – all about 5–10 minutes by car.
- Camana Bay (with lots of restaurants and shops) – also 10 minutes by car.

So basically, if you're staying at Seven Mile View, you can walk to a couple of gems and drive easily to everything else.

Transportation options include:
• Car Rentals: Available through Kayak, Marshall's, or Andy's Rent-a-Car
• Bus Service: You can catch a local bus just steps from the condo—just wave one down along the main road for an easy ride to town, the beach, or the airport!

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

"Incredible place, such a fantastic space to relax and unwind. Great kitchen with everything you need, both bedrooms have a private bathroom, the pool is very nice. They also provide beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella which was very thoughtful. Speedy and reliable internet as well. A large grocery store is also 3-4 mins away by car. Would definitely stay here again in the future if we're ever back in Grand Cayman.

"We had an amazing stay here at Seven Mile View condos. The views were breathtaking, the unit was well stocked with all the basics (towels, kitchenware, beach chairs, wifi, etc.), and the communication was exceptional. One small critique is that parking can be a little challenging for Unit 4 due to the tight space and busy road, but this won't be an issue if you choose not to rent a car. Overall, the location and views are hard to beat and we look look forward to coming back again.

Great Stay at a good location

"We enjoyed our time as a family staying here. The view of the seven mile beach is beautiful and the pool area is great to hangout after the beach or at night. The location is good not too far from George Town and close to restaurants and grocery store. Renting a car is a must as it allows you to move around the island easily and from this location is convenient. The rooms were comfortable and well supplied with the basics. Customer service was great and the communication was top notch.

Great space for a family at a good location

"We loved our stay at this suite. We are a family of 5, and we had ample space. The area is quiet and has the beach close by (within walking distance), or you can drive down to Governor's beach (5-minute drive) to get a taste of the spectacular clear waters of the Seven Mile beach area. We love having a fantastic view of the sea and also the pool area to chill after spending time at the beach. The location is good, close to restaurants and also close to the George Town area, all within a 10 to 15-minute drive. We will consider returning in the future if we can do so.

"Absolutely beautiful! Enjoyed our stay immensely. Were there for a destination wedding at one of the very expensive hotels nearby and decided to stay here since it was only a 5 minute drive away, so much less money and much more substantial than a hotel room. It was the best thing we could have done! Would come back over and over again. Highly, highly recommend!

"Property is located at the end of seven mile beach. Small condo complex that is private and serene. Pool is beautiful and overlooks the entire beach are with an excellent view of the cruise ships coming in. The condo was well appointed with everything you would need. The beach right off the shore is small and rocky but two beautiful beaches are both a short drive away. Cemetery and Governors are both excellent and the condo has beach chairs and an umbrella beach are both excellent. L

"Easy ground floor entry, nice view. Easy access pool. Comfortable and for the most part quiet. Bedrooms no noticeable exterior noise. Fairly new grill just outside patio. Access to water , snorkeling not much to see in immediate area, but better down the beach. Beach accessible short walk.

"The property was as beautiful as advertised. With only four suites, it's quite quiet and private. It was very clean and not a far drive from Seven Mile Beach, Camana Bay, the Turtle Centre and more. The hosts were responsive when needed and we loved our time there. We would definitely go back.

A GREAT home-away-from-home!!!!

"We absolutely LOVED our villa (#4) that was our choice for my wife & I in one room and our friend in the other room. This was the PERFECT home-away-from-home!!! All villa rooms have a beautiful view of the ‘Infinity’ pool, the Ocean and Seven Mile Beach. There was easy stair access to the ocean to go swimming/snorkeling, and access to the beach was a very, very short walk (2 minutes). The drive to George Town was between 15-20 minutes depending on traffic e.g. this depended on if a cruise ship was in Port or not. The supermarket was a 2-minute drive, just down the road (you pass it every time you drive ‘home’ to the villas). I promise that you will not be disappointed with a stay at Seven Mile View!!! THANK YOU FOR HAVING US!!!

This is a very nice condo right on the water on the north side of 7 mile beach.

"Very clean and very well updated/maintained. Pool area is great and ample parking. All electronics/internet worked great. Only minor issues. One, the water in the showers was lukewarm. I’m sure they can correct it. The other issue was not the property’s fault. The short walk to the beach included a walk by/through a sketchy property with what appeared to be a homeless encampment. Not sure they can do anything about that and the drive to multiple great beaches was short. Overall, great rental with very responsive manager!

Gorgeous inside and out

"Where do I start? The view from the condo was amazing. Both bedrooms had a breathtaking view of the pool and the sea, the open kitchen and living room had the same view. The bed was comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, there were plenty of towels, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and cleanup. Both bedrooms had their own full bath and there was a full bath on the first level, which was super convenient. The pool area had multiple seating areas, a grill for cooking (which we didn't use but it looked nice), and the pool itself was even more perfect than it looks in the photo. Communication with the property manager was easy and she responded quickly when we had questions. Renting a car was suggested by the host but we didn't feel comfortable with driving on the island. We took the public bus to seven mile beach area for dinner and activities or we walked to Heritage Kitchen for dinner (the Cayman style snapper was a favorite). The walk to the bus was short, some places there was little room for pedestrians, but we walked off the road a bit and the drivers slowed down. The bus will pick up and drop off at the driveway but we found it just as easy to get on at the 4 way stop and off at the beach.
