Recently renovated in January 2023, this stylish retreat features brand-new appliances, modern fixtures, and contemporary furnishings—offering a fresh, comfortable stay just minutes from the island’s best dining, shopping, and beaches.

And for your convenience, we offer ample free parking, ensuring you have one less thing to worry about during your stay.

Our 186-foot private boat dock is a real gem. Imagine renting private boats, jet skis, or kayaks from Cayman Islands Boat Rentals and embarking on aquatic adventures right from your doorstep. The convenience of docking your rented watercraft mere steps away adds an extra layer of ease and excitement to your stay.

Accommodation:
Unit #3 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom, ground-floor canal-front condo with a Queen-size bed. The unit is fully equipped with a complete modern kitchen with all appliances, a washer & dryer, an HD TV with cable, and a lovely outdoor lanai overlooking the canal leading out to North Sound.

Essentials Starter Pack Included:
Included are shampoo, laundry detergent, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, dishwashing tabs for the dishwasher, toilet paper, paper towels, blow dryer, iron board, and iron.

Inclusions:
Each unit is equipped with 2 lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella, allowing guests to make the most of their time at the beach.

Convenient Location:
The proximity to Camana Bay, the Cinema, and the shopping, restaurants, bars, and entertainment of the 7 Mile Beach corridor is a major advantage. Guests can easily access these attractions within a 15-20 minute walk or a 7-minute drive. Additionally, the world-famous 7 Mile Beach is only a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. A car is recommended but not required.

Recommended Restaurants:
Cayman is also well known for its excellent restaurants and the area offers a variety of restaurants to explore, including the following which are all within walking distance:
- Thai Orchid, The Kitchen, Coconut Joe's, Southern Spice, The Wharf, ICOA, The Bird, and Peppers.
In the West Bay area: Pappagallo’s Restaurant, Macabuca, and Tukka West.
In the Seven Mile Beach area: LUCA Restaurant, Ragazzi, Casa 43, Abacus Camana Bay.
In the George Town and South Sound area, we suggest: Casanova and Sunset House.

Activities:
For those interested in water sports and marine life experiences, nearby options like the Turtle Farm, Dolphin Encounters, and Stingray City snorkel trips provide exciting opportunities. Whether guests choose to explore the surrounding area by car or simply enjoy the amenities and nearby attractions on foot, they are sure to have a memorable stay.

Travel Options:
Guests can opt for a rental car, through Kayak or Marshalls or catch a ride on the Cayman Islands Bus Service that comes along frequently offering convenient on/off bus stops all along West Bay and Seven Mile Beach.

Supermarket and Sunday Closures:
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Note that supermarkets are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, this can be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival. Certain gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

A Perfect Stay!

"We were in Cayman to see family and handle some family business, so we didn't need to be in the condo much of the time, But it was comfortable and conveniently located to all the places we needed to be during the 12 days we were there. Communication about the unit or any potential needs we had was beyond our expectations. The furniture was comfortable, and the television worked great for the few moments my husband could enjoy watching the golf tournament while there. We will refer family and friends.

"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely, modern one bedroom condo. Excellent communication with Betty Ann ahead of and during our visit. Shelly was here to greet us and took outstanding care of us throughout. The view of the canal is delightful and we spent many hours on the screened, covered patio and by the pool. The location is convenient for the beach and shopping/restaurants;Foster’s Market, Camana Bay. It is a 20 minute walk to either one. We’ll be back!

"That's the saying, right? This property was in a superb location! The unit faces the water and harbor, so the view is stellar, and the building is tucked away in a lovely residential neighborhood, so very pedestrian friendly, quiet and safe. The unit itself is impossibly clean with several (strong!) A/C units to keep you cool in the hot Caribbean sun. Within a quick drive is everything you could want - grocery stores, shopping, gorgeous beaches, restaurants, cafes, etc. The owner, Don, was perfect. Very prompt, professional and friendly with all communication.

"Place was as advertised. Management responded quickly to any of our concerns and the cleaning staff checked with us daily for anything we needed. Place was so convenient to all services and extremely quite except for children above us that loved to run and jump our last week but that's to be expected with kids. Highly recommend this unit.

"This was the first time we stayed in a property on a canal during vacation, and we really enjoyed it. "We loved having a washer and dryer in our unit. The view was stunning! We were often the only people at the pool. This was our third time to Grand Cayman and the location was great. About 1 mile to the grocery store, which was very convenient. We would love to stay here again.
