Snug Harbour View #6 is a charming 1 bedroom, 1 bath, ground floor canal front condo in a peaceful residential enclave off Grand Cayman’s Seven Mile Beach Corridor.
Recently renovated in January 2023, it features new appliances, modern fixtures, and contemporary furnishings for a fresh, comfortable stay just minutes from the island’s best beaches, dining, shopping, and nightlife.
Typically about a 10–15 minute drive from Owen Roberts International Airport in George Town, it offers a canal front pool, private dock, and easy access to North Sound by boat—an ideal base for couples, solo travelers, or remote workers who want a quiet home close to the action.

•    Each unit includes 2 lightweight folding beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach umbrella so you can head straight to Seven Mile Beach without extra rentals.
•    The property’s canal front setting gives you quiet water views and breezes while still being only a short walk or quick drive from the famous Seven Mile Beach shoreline.

DOCK & WATER GEAR NOTICE
Guests are welcome to enjoy the canal front setting, but please note there is no ladder or steps on the dock. This means getting a paddleboard or other gear up from the water onto the dock can be challenging and may require good balance and strength. Most of the time the canal is calm for paddling, with occasional boat traffic passing through. Paddleboarding or using any watercraft from the dock is strictly at your own risk, and the owner/management cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or injury.

CONVENIENT LOCATION
•    Located on Palm Heights Drive in the Snug Harbour area, in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach corridor.
•    The world famous Seven Mile Beach is roughly a 15 minute walk or about a 5 minute drive away (depending on traffic and exact beach access point).
•    Camana Bay, with its shops, cinema, restaurants, and waterfront promenade, is about a 15–20 minute walk or 5–7 minute drive.
•    A car is recommended for maximum flexibility, but guests who enjoy walking will appreciate being able to reach many restaurants, bars, and beach spots on foot.

Snug Harbour View is ideal for guests who want a quiet, residential feel but still be within a short walk or quick drive of the Seven Mile Beach corridor’s restaurants, bars, and cafés. It works especially well for:
•    Couples or solo travelers who like to walk to dinner and drinks.
•    Remote workers or longer stay guests who want easy grocery access and plenty of dining variety.
•    Beach goers who plan to mix self catering with eating out most nights.

WALKING DISTANCE OPTIONS (APPROX. 10–20 MINUTES ON FOOT)
From Snug Harbour (Palm Heights Drive), guests can walk out to West Bay Road and reach a variety of casual and mid range spots along the Seven Mile Beach corridor:
•    Coconut Joe’s – About 15–20 minutes on foot; laid back open air spot for burgers, local dishes, and cocktails right on West Bay Road.
•    Peppers Bar & Grill – Roughly 15–20 minutes’ walk; popular for jerk and BBQ, grilled meats, and a lively bar scene in the evenings.
•    Chicken! Chicken! – Around 15–20 minutes’ walk; casual counter service with excellent rotisserie and jerk chicken, great for takeout back to the condo.
•    Island Naturals (The Grove) – Walkable with a slightly longer stroll or a very short drive; good for smoothies, vegetarian/vegan options, and healthier breakfasts or lunches.
These make it easy for guests who don’t always want to drive at night but are comfortable with a 15–20 minute stroll.

SHORT DRIVE – SEVEN MILE BEACH & CAMANA BAY (APPROX. 5–10 MINUTES)
Within about a 5–10 minute drive, guests have dozens of options from casual to upscale along Seven Mile Beach and at Camana Bay:
•    Peppers, Coconut Joe’s, XQ’s Pizza Bar & Grill – Casual, family friendly spots for grilled meats, pizzas, burgers, and cocktails.
•    Casa 43 Mexican Kitchen & Tequila Bar – Lively local favorite for creative Mexican dishes and an extensive tequila list.
•    Yoshi Sushi – Popular sushi spot with creative rolls and a buzzy atmosphere near Seven Mile Beach.
•    Ragazzi – Long time favorite for wood fired pizza and Italian classics with a strong wine list.

If guests are happy to drive a bit farther (still relatively close):
•    Macabuca & Cracked Conch (West Bay) – Roughly 10–15 minutes’ drive; casual tiki bar vibes at Macabuca and more upscale Caribbean fusion at Cracked Conch, both right on the water and great at sunset.
•    Ristorante Pappagallo (West Bay) – About 15–20 minutes away; destination Italian restaurant by a bird sanctuary with a romantic, special occasion feel.
•    Calypso Grill (Morgan’s Harbour) – Similar 15–20 minute range; colorful waterfront setting, excellent seafood, famous sticky toffee pudding.
•    The Wharf (George Town) – Around 10–15 minutes by car toward George Town; classic oceanfront restaurant on the water’s edge
Nearby activities include beach days on Seven Mile, shopping and events at Camana Bay, and easy access by car or tour to island highlights like Stingray City, the Turtle Centre, and Dolphin attractions. Whether you explore by car, boat, or on foot, Snug Harbour View #1 makes a convenient, comfortable home base.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION
•    A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
•    Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
•    Due to limited public transportation in East End, having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

PROMOTIONS
Automatic discounts may apply based on travel dates, including seasonal Stay 7, Pay 6 offers from May 1 to November 1, along with last-minute deals, early booking savings, and extended-stay discounts.
Eligible offers are applied automatically, cannot be combined with other promotions or Repeat Guest benefits, and may be subject to blackout dates from December 17 to January 3.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.

"Thank you, Cayman Vacation Rentals, Coral Haven Property Management and the condo host, for making our stay beyond amazing, enjoyable and most pleasant! Any questions we had prior to our trip and questions even during our stay were answered in a timely manner! During booking we were supplied with an online packet with information and tips. The condo had laminated sheets with helpful information and tips, and we were contacted with a follow-up of information days and hours before our arrival which helped our check-in go smoothly. Thank you for the Great Communication!!! The condo is well kept with extra towels, beach towels, bedding and some toiletries! I had concerns during booking that boat traffic in the canal or the pool being near the condo might be loud or noisy. It was very quiet, and we didn't hear any outside noise inside the condo. We LOVED how central this condo is to EVERYTHING or at least to a lot of things!!! Airport, Fosters, Camana Bay, Camana Bay Hospital and Clinic, shops, dive shops, restaurants, take out (Chicken Chicken) gas stations, snorkel spots, beaches, Kirks, George Town, to name a few. We were thankful for the parking spot right outside the front door, it was helpful when unloading and loading our luggage, beach and snorkel gear and unloading groceries. Again, thank you for helping make our stay so pleasant!!! One of best condos I have stayed in! I look forward to booking again!!!

"A fantastic place for us to call home during our first trip to Grand Cayman. Walkable to everything we needed along Seven Mile Beach. Everything was clean and organized, with clear instructions! We also loved the pool and view. It was recommended that we not drink the water, so we had to buy bottled water, so be prepared for that. But we wouldn’t change a thing about our stay! Thank you so much. We will be recommending this to our family and friends, and will definitely stay again when we plan to return to the island!

"Really loved this place. Coming home to a yellow house was fun! It was more spacious than the photos and with the pool more or less right outside the door it felt like it was our own. The canal is an added bonus so you feel like you’re in a really spacious location. You definitely need a car and then really the island is your oyster.

"Don’s condo was perfect for my husband and I to stay at. The unit was spotless and the layout was fabulous with a side private outdoor dining area. It is steps from the pool right on a canal with lots of privacy in a safe residential neighbourhood which we greatly enjoyed. The kitchen was well equipped as were the towels and beach towels. A vehicle is highly recommended to get around. We would definitely come back and rent this unit again. Thanks Don for the great stay!

"Corner apartment with great outdoor space and easy access to pool. Very clean and well presented with new appliances. The location is great, easy to access amenities but far enough away from Seven Mile to be peaceful and quiet in the evenings. Great communication from the hosts and property managers. Any queries I had were dealt with promptly. Would definitely stay again.

"Everything worked as it should and we had everything we needed to feel like we were at home. The location was fantastic. Close the grocery stores, shopping, and the beach…. Just a short drive away. "Walkable to Camana Bay shopping and Seven-mile beach. Well-equipped apartment. Very efficient AC. Furnished to a good spec. Very comfortable. Would recommend without hesitation. We did not meet Don but there was a very efficient and friendly housekeeper on site daily.

"Had trouble with the door access which was quickly sorted. Cooking utensils could have been cleaner, and the toilet seat was stained, but all in all it lived up to the description and the issues were minor. I would recommend staying there and compared to other accommodation on the island, it was worth the price.

"This is a really nice property. The location is perfect and central. It is a stone throw away from the Supermarket (Fosters - which is has been really great for all your needs - food, groceries, personal items, misc, etc). Check-in process was really seamless and the property manager was helpful. Interior - clean and crisp. Air is clean and clear, felt so much like home. I am definitely returning.
