You’ll arrive to thoughtful starter supplies so you can settle in right away:
•    Kitchen: dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items (salt, pepper, coffee filters)
•    Bath & laundry: shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, laundry detergent, blow dryer, iron and ironing board
•    Linens: bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels
•    Two beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for easy beach days.

DINING & LOCATION – SUMMERTIME SUITES, WEST BAY
Summertime Suites sits in a quiet residential pocket of West Bay off Batabano Road, about 15–20 minutes from the airport and roughly 5–7 minutes’ drive from the northern end of Seven Mile Beach. It’s a relaxed, local feeling base with easy driving access to West Bay’s waterfront restaurants, the Seven Mile Beach corridor, and Camana Bay’s dining and shopping.

NEARBY OPTIONS (SHORT DRIVE)
Within about 5–10 minutes by car, you can reach some of West Bay’s best known spots:
•    Macabuca Tiki Bar & Cracked Conch – Roughly 8–10 minutes’ drive; casual oceanside tiki bar at Macabuca and more upscale Caribbean fusion dining at Cracked Conch, both great for sunset and sea views.
•    Ristorante Pappagallo – About 8–10 minutes’ drive; destination Italian restaurant on an inland lake by a bird sanctuary, popular for romantic dinners and special occasions.
•    Tukka West – Approximately 10 minutes’ drive; Caribbean Australian fusion, strong seafood and cocktail menu, with a breezy dockside setting.
•    Other West Bay favorites – You’re also a short drive from additional West Bay eateries and cafés offering local Caymanian dishes, international cuisine, and casual family dining.

SHORT DRIVE – SEVEN MILE BEACH & CAMANA BAY
In around 10–15 minutes, you can be in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach strip and Camana Bay:
•    Seven Mile Beach corridor – Lined with casual and upscale restaurants, beach bars, and hotel dining, covering everything from burgers and pizza to fine dining and sushi.
•    Camana Bay – A waterfront town center with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, gelato, and a cinema, ideal for evening strolls and dining out.
From Summertime Suites you can enjoy a calm, neighborhood feel at “home,” then head out by car to experience West Bay’s oceanfront dining and the full variety of restaurants along Seven Mile Beach.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION
•    A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
•    Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.

PROMOTIONS
Automatic discounts may apply based on travel dates, including last-minute deals, early booking savings, and extended-stay discounts.
Eligible offers are applied automatically, cannot be combined with other promotions or Repeat Guest benefits, and may be subject to blackout dates from December 17 to January 3.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.

Beautiful Property with Great Stay, Room for Improvement in Communication

"The house was perfect as described. I had to wait to get the door code until the very last minute and the property manager could have been more helpful and friendly. I asked for a full length mirror but that was declined and i also asked if i could get a preferential rate as I'll be coming 6 times a year but she just said repeat customers get 10% off..it didn't seem like anything else was open to discussion. However, i loved the property itself and the area.

"Wonderful! Clean, comfortable and quiet! Beautiful pool and landscaping. This was our first time at Summertime Suites and loved being away from the hectic pace of seven mile beach and yet still close to restaurants and diving. Communication was great! Will definitely book again!

"Very responsive host and property manager, good location (with car) close to supermarkets and area beaches, safe, good pools, well-stocked kitchen, dedicated parking spot. Our kids appreciated the game room. The pull-out couch was sufficient for my 9 and 5 year olds--might only be able to sleep one if a teenager or adult. Overall, a good value on the island without sacrificing proximity to beach and other attractions.
