Summertime Suites #50 is a beautifully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath ground floor vacation condo in a scenic planned community off Batabano Road in West Bay, about 15–20 minutes from Owen Roberts International Airport.
This welcoming middle unit offers easy access, a convenient position within the complex, and shared use of the community pool and outdoor spaces—an inviting “home base” for couples or solo travelers exploring Grand Cayman.

You’ll arrive to thoughtful starter supplies so you can settle in right away:
•    Kitchen: dishwashing liquid and/or dishwasher tabs, basic pantry items (salt, pepper, coffee filters)
•    Bath & laundry: shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags, laundry detergent, blow dryer, iron and ironing board
•    Linens: bed linens, bath towels, and beach towels
•    Two beach chairs and a cooler are also provided for easy beach days.

DINING & LOCATION – SUMMERTIME SUITES, WEST BAY
Summertime Suites sits in a quiet residential pocket of West Bay off Batabano Road, about 15–20 minutes from the airport and roughly 5–7 minutes’ drive from the northern end of Seven Mile Beach. It’s a relaxed, local feeling base with easy driving access to West Bay’s waterfront restaurants, the Seven Mile Beach corridor, and Camana Bay’s dining and shopping.

NEARBY OPTIONS (SHORT DRIVE)
Within about 5–10 minutes by car, you can reach some of West Bay’s best known spots:
•    Macabuca Tiki Bar & Cracked Conch – Roughly 8–10 minutes’ drive; casual oceanside tiki bar at Macabuca and more upscale Caribbean fusion dining at Cracked Conch, both great for sunset and sea views.
•    Ristorante Pappagallo – About 8–10 minutes’ drive; destination Italian restaurant on an inland lake by a bird sanctuary, popular for romantic dinners and special occasions.
•    Tukka West – Approximately 10 minutes’ drive; Caribbean Australian fusion, strong seafood and cocktail menu, with a breezy dockside setting.
•    Other West Bay favorites – You’re also a short drive from additional West Bay eateries and cafés offering local Caymanian dishes, international cuisine, and casual family dining.

SHORT DRIVE – SEVEN MILE BEACH & CAMANA BAY
In around 10–15 minutes, you can be in the heart of the Seven Mile Beach strip and Camana Bay:
•    Seven Mile Beach corridor – Lined with casual and upscale restaurants, beach bars, and hotel dining, covering everything from burgers and pizza to fine dining and sushi.
•    Camana Bay – A waterfront town center with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, gelato, and a cinema, ideal for evening strolls and dining out.
From Summertime Suites you can enjoy a calm, neighborhood feel at “home,” then head out by car to experience West Bay’s oceanfront dining and the full variety of restaurants along Seven Mile Beach.

GROCERIES, SUNDAY CLOSURES & PRACTICAL DETAILS
Foster's and Kirk Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food.
Supermarkets are closed on Sundays in Cayman, though most restaurants and gas stations remain open, and some gas stations sell liquor on Sundays. Grocery items can also be pre-ordered and delivered before arrival.

TRANSPORTATION
•    A rental car is highly recommended for this area so guests can easily explore Grand Cayman at their own pace.
•    Many guests book directly with trusted local providers such as Marshall’s Rent-A-Car, Andy's Rent-A-Car, or compare options through Kayak.
•    Public transportation can be readily used in this area however having a car offers the greatest convenience and flexibility.

PROMOTIONS
Automatic discounts may apply based on travel dates, including last-minute deals, early booking savings, and extended-stay discounts.
Eligible offers are applied automatically, cannot be combined with other promotions or Repeat Guest benefits, and may be subject to blackout dates from December 17 to January 3.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique door code before arrival.
Check in is any time after 4:00 PM with keyless entry; early check in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check out is self service at 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check out is only available if pre arranged, as time is needed to prepare for incoming guests.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is recommended, especially during hurricane season from August through October, to help protect against trip interruptions and weather-related disruptions.

"Let me compliment on a well laid out unit and we appreciated all the amenities in the kitchen. For safety a grab bar or 2 needs to be added to walk in shower and a bath mat because floor is so slippery. We did manage to make it to last fay on toilet paper but an extra roll would be have been nice. It was good to have paper towels but a box of tissues would have been appreciated. But bless you thinking of putting a dish towel in the kitchen. We will be returning to Cayman if all goes well in November. We will check on availability at that time. We were very pleased with our stay.

A Comfortable and Memorable Stay

"We truly enjoyed our stay. The place is well-equipped with everything you need, and it was very clean, comfortable, and cool. "This condo is as the pictures show. It was very clean and the owners responsive. We had a couple of issues that they addressed quickly. This is a queit area except for the roosters. Granted, these are all over the island, so I doubt that can be escaped. People in the condo were very friendly and we felt very safe. We rented a car and were glad we did. The property owners gave very good tips on everything from activities to places to eat. We enjoyed our stay!!

"Summertime Suite 50 is accurately depicted in the photos. The manager was very responsive and quickly addressed a couple of smaller issues we had. It was very clean and quiet. There were roosters crowing, but given we seen them all over the island, I doubt you can get away from that. We did rent a car, and were glad we did. The property owner gave excellent suggestions for restaurant and activities.
