The "PENTHOUSE AT THE COTTAGES" is a 2 Bedroom, 2.5 bath LUXE 2,000 sq. ft. ocean view condo located at The Cottages, a boutique 10-studio Bed and Breakfast on Grand Cayman's East End, accommodating up to 4 guests.
The Penthouse at the Cottages provides a spacious, luxurious and relaxing environment with modern amenities, personalized service, and access to both on-site and nearby attractions on Grand Cayman. Whether for a family vacation or a group getaway, The Penthouse at the Cottages offers a scenic and spectacular ocean views for guests to enjoy

Accommodation:
- The "PENTHOUSE AT THE COTTAGES" is a 2nd floor, 2,000 square foot Caribbean Sea ocean view LUXE condo, located in the main Cottages building.
- It features 2 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms, and a half bath with its own laundry room and full size washer/dryer.
- Large fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dishwasher, quartz countertops, breakfast bar, wine fridge, Nespresso coffee maker w/coffee, cream and sugar and propane gas stove.
- Note* Nespresso is not unlimited. We can provide a regular Mr. Coffee machine upon request.
- The primary master bedroom features ocean views, lush king size bed, walk-in closet and luxury en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and free-standing slipper soaking tub.
- The guest bedroom has a comfy queen size bed with luxury en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.
- Scenic shaded ocean view patio off the living area.
- Equipped with natural, green, and organic premium toiletries, bathrobes, safe, luggage rack, smart TV, high-speed wifi, and Bluetooth clock radio.
- Microwave.
- Water filter in fridge and ice maker
- Complimentary mid-week cleaning and daily towel change upon request.

- Oceanfront freshwater pool, trellis, and fantastic snorkeling right off the beach.
- Full-service Concierge available for booking attractions and on-site activities, including a Caribbean cooking class (6 persons required to arrange this).
- Complementary high-speed WIFI and flat-panel HDTV with cable.
- Ideal for families, and couples, offering a comfortable and LUXE stylish stay.
- Additional amenities include a new, fully equipped air-conditioned gym that includes books and games.

Location and Surroundings:
- Located in the scenic district of East End, Grand Cayman, around 45 minutes from the airport.
- Proximity to water sports, restaurants, grocery stores, and liquor stores.
- Access to activities like stingray city tours, kayak rentals, jet skis, etc.
- Guests at the Cottages will also be entitled to 10% off at White Sand Water Sports once booked.
- Various dining options nearby, including Italian Kitchen at Morritts Plaza, David at Morritts, Mimi's Dock Bar, Tides at Wyndham, Subways at Wyndham, and Coffee Bar at Wyndham.
- Within walking distance to mini-supermarkets, Mimi's, Davids, The Italian Kitchen, and a short drive to other dining options like Vivines Kitchen, Eagle Ray Grill, Big Tree BBQ and La Casita. *Guests receive 10% off at La Casita (pickups also available).

Property Promotions:
Automatic discounts may apply based on your travel dates, including seasonal “Stay 7, Pay 6” offers (May 1 to Nov 1,2026), last-minute deals, early booking savings, and extended-stay discounts.
All eligible offers are applied automatically, and cannot be combined with other promotions or Repeat Guest benefits; blackout dates (December 17 – January 3) and other restrictions apply.

Transportation options include:
• Car Rentals: Available through Kayak, Marshall's, Andy's Rent-a-Car or Budget. Guests at the Cottages are eligible for budget VIP Services, once booked they can email Budget.
• Contact Cayman Routes for private transportation.

Supermarkets:
Foster's and Shopright Market supermarkets are short drives away and offer all the necessary food and supplies as well as a large array of international food. Chisholm’s Grocery in Northside is around 15 minutes drive.
Please note that Fosters, Hurleys and Kirks Supermarket are closed on Sundays, but most restaurants and gas stations are open. However, groceries can be pre-ordered and delivered prior to arrival. Certain stores and gas stations also sell liquor on Sundays.

2nd Floor condo with 1 flight of stairs.

Complex parking or car space available (up to 2 vehicles)

Check‑In & Check‑Out:
After booking, you’ll receive detailed arrival information by email, and your unique arrival details before arrival. Arrival is any time after 3:00 PM with keyless entry; early check‑in may be possible depending on cleaning schedules and can be confirmed with the property manager closer to arrival.
Check‑out is self‑service @ 11:00 AM, with clear instructions provided; late check‑out is only available if pre‑arranged, as we need time to prepare for incoming guests.
